Diamond Estate, Sangotedo is a superb estate around Sangotedo & Ajah axis to live. Its located along Monastery Road of Lekki-Epe Expressway. Its just a stone throw from Novare Mall/Ajah Shoprite superstore.

But for the distance and traffic on that route. Diamond estate is one of the coolest place to live in. I prefer it to Lekki Peninasula Phase 1

It is a well structured estate with paved roads, good drainage system, walkways and security. If you are looking for a quiet environment that affords you the opprotunity to exercise within the estate and a safe environment, this is the place to live.

This is one of those places you will never hear or know about unless you had business here. But its a good layout, seemingly good security, and efficient central services. Youd have no worries letting the kids go out and play, and with its proximity to maybe the largest shopping complex this side of town, it certainly has its appeal. But its well after Ajah which makes it far.

It was really nice to be here, I only spent 2days here and it was fantastic. It a quite place very conducive estate and there are well behaved securities. But I think they should improve in the light power supply 💡.

It is just like other estate around lekki Ajah express way. The shop rite mall is a major land mark

Their transformer is always spoiling and they dont care enough to fix it on time. The management doesnt care so the resident association had to start handling the matterEdit: why is everybody lying in these reviews??????There is never water rushing, transformer is spoilt right now, for the 100th time since I started living here. We are buying fuel everyday!! There is also a security issue and the drainage system is terrible!! Did they pay you people off??I don’t know how you people can even call yourselves an estate. The team handling this estate is the most incompetent set of people I’ve ever witnessed in my entire life!! And now there’s bacteria in the water??

Its a very quiet place, in a fast growing area of Lagos. Housing is affordable if youre earning abouve 500k/month.Still needs more work done in terms of extracurricular activities for the residents.

Its one of the first estate on that road. There are a couple of events that has gain national/international attention to this estate.Its a hub for many celebrities and politicians and expartrate.

Roads are good. It is a good place to reside. Great security.
