The estate is very lovely and serene. It is located on the Osborne road and easy to locate.It is very crucial that you have an appointment to visit the people here before embarking on the journey. You have to identify yourself and which point you are visiting before you are allow to go in.The security personnel are discipline and respectful as of my last visitationThe estate is well planned with road numbering and houses tags. The environment is cool and serene.It is a lovely place for residential purposes.

Nice place with well controlled traffic in and out of the estate. It is home to both residential and office buildings. Security is tight here and the guards know their job and do it efficiently. But living here I guess will come at a great cost. Its for the rich and wealthy.

Its a beautiful place to live and maybe work too. I wouldnt fault much because in this insanity called a country, it can only take serious and dedicated people to keep the estate looking this good even after so many years since its birth.One thing though, theres no sidewalk for pedestrians; the slabs that are supposed to double as the gutters cover and a mimic of foot pathway are mostly upturned or missing completely.

Driving in through the main gate, a first timer will be welcomed with an objective screening and security check. This tells the level of consciousness in the part the security corps in the estate. Besides I love the mixed architectural designs of buildings within the estate.

The estate is in a serene environment, well planned and has good accessible roads.The day I visited was the day the security arrangement was changed without warning to residents and visitors. Residents were to call the security gate to grant entrance to visitors. Unfortunately most residents didn’t have the security gate number to call. Many visitors were stranded and some had to turn back.
