Standard is good, but still lacks quality of service

This is the worst hotel you can ever lodge. When I first got there they told me the room I paid for was taken by another person that someone else was inside.Another fault was their restroom floor was dirty.After finally giving me another room while making me stand for like 10mins...I was given another room which the AC barely cooled. I called the attention of the staff but nothing was done to it so I left the place. It is a shi**ty hotel!!

The services here wasnt very good, the mattress was extremely hard.

Ive been to this hotel 3 times. Usually stay here while visiting Lagos with my husband. We stay simply because its affordable, food is good and very secure area. Its a bit far from the airport, but makes up in being a less crowded location. Staff is very friendly and handles a complaint immediately. Ive never encountered any attitudes whatsoever. Professional staff all around. I must say, as an American our hotels could learn from Nigeria. Affordability and room service is a huge plus for me!

I needed a place to stay for the night so I could make my trip the next day and Dipri was a good choice. I like that it is located in a close, one could even miss it. The staff was also very helpful in carrying and packing my luggage.As for the food, I didnt eat anything that night but my friend had Chicken and according to their experience, it was nice.Id recommend them anytime..

First issue was, you need to watch the housekeeping crew when they come around, as they are fond of cutting corners when it comes to cleaning. Also had friends who were forgotten in their rooms while fumigation was going on. The wife was asthmatic and ended up having an attack with not so much as an apology from management. The poor lady couldve lost her life... Shocking indeed. How can a hotel not ensure all rooms were empty before fumigation?? Not sure the safety of their guests is top priority.But their restaurant and bar is pretty decent (non smoking) with decent food. Their rooms are decent also.

Its a nice budget hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Surrounding areas were clean. Location is good. Food was also very good.

Very lovely hotel to stay.24 hours light,CCTV,friendly Staffs,nice food always ready to Assist.I Stay at the hotel For about 26 days and I also got one Free stay for No pay.The owner is kind and a lovely man Nonye made sure my stay at the hotel was pleasant and good experience.Uju,Kevin,Kachi,Lekan,Ngosi and Nkechi and the rest of the Gangs you guys are amazing.Whenever I am around will definitely stay here again.Lastly if there is anything to be change is the amount of time it takes to serve the food.
