Its a cool place and great apartmental hotel

Our family stayed here for months during our international adoption process. At times there were just two of us there, other times we had our entire family (2 adults and 4 kids). Our stay was EXCELLENT and we felt so fortunate that we found the Millennium Apartments on Airbnb. The entire staff was super friendly and accommodating, they cleaned our rooms daily, and our kids loved playing in the small pool in the back. Any issues we had were addressed immediately and professionally. The area was safe and walking distance to a nice grocery store with plenty of American goods, which we really enjoyed. Also walking distance or very short ride to Twin Waters with a movie theater and arcade. Laundry on-site. We will stay here again next time we travel to Lagos and we highly recommend it to others!

One shall not call Millennium Apartments as complete service apartments, although it has only wash basin and microwave in room. But rooms are spacious enough for it to be called as a small hotel. You will find a small swimming pool at back. Staff is courteous enough for customer service.

Real value for money, my husband and I stayed there for our summer holidays over a period of two weeks.The staff were excellent, service standards exceptional and we felt welcomed as well as safe!!Highly recommended...

Ok so if you don’t know the Electric goes in niageria some places more than others. Depending on hotel maybe area maybe price.... my electric went out each time you have to get up and reinsert the key in the wall. My last hotel it automatically came on. So I. The middle of the night I wake up sweating like wth. I listen to the ac drip water all night right next to my bed. All that was done by front desk a towel placed on the nightstand to catch the water. Walls in bathroom are stained and nasty. The shower floor was disgusting. Sadly I paid for 2 nights. I’ll stay but won’t return! Im more into cleanliness. They don’t use top sheets here so unless it’s changeable comforter I’m not so comfortable.A simple thing such as wiping walls down each week can prevent nasty buildup. The bed was ok pillows terrible. This is in comparison to some other hotels I’ve stayed in for 18000 NAIRA. But they didn’t include microwave and sink for cooking. I paid more for this room 54,000 for 2 nights plus a caution deposit of 10,000. Smh. The sitting area is cute but no ac. The pool and exercise room are nice. The staff is very nice and helpful.Again this is a 3 star. I missed that part during my search as I was leaving a different hotel. :( expectations are different here than USA. You must be flexible but knowledgeable bc all hotels will say they’re great!!! This is a good hotel overall. Safe, not far from the beach, peaceful. Can hardly hear any noise!

Nice place, standard accommodation, free WiFi. Highly recommended.Major downsides - They dont have a restaurant. Youll have to find your own food. You can cook if you want.The gym is not equipped, just a sit-up bench and treadmill with very little weight dumb bells.

Had a good stay. The service was very warm and welcoming. I would definitely be recommending to my friends in Port Harcourt.

Nicely built hotel with king sized rooms and suites; fitted with everything you would typically find in a luxury home.It is easily accessible from the Lekki roundabout.The staffs here are somewhat professionals who are good at what they do.The hotel provides free WiFi, swimming pool, lounge area: where you could chill with other occupants whilst soft music plays in the background, concierge, room service etc.Overall I was impressed with the neatness of the rooms and attention paid to details of each room/suite.

Staff(security men,front desk,cleaners and all)of this home were very accommodating and helpful.environment is quite and safe for family.wifi was excellent.an iron with the board would have made our stay better.overall its a good home away from home.

Irritating customer service ,start harassing 3 days before ,your renewal date.Damaged laundry with bleach,proceeded to deduct off laundry persons salary?

I got a massive discount and an upgrade so maybe Im a little biased but hey you would be too if you got the treatment I did (and something tells me theyre like that with all their patrons) but my stay was amazing!First thing I found impressive was Uche the receptionist.My flight into lagos was delayed and the receptionist? on duty called to see if I was ok and was still coming in. This blew my mind. (Maybe Im excitable and this is normal hospitality behavior but it has never happened to me, so permit it)Got to the apartment at past 12am and Uche checked me in as quickly and efficiently as possible.My room looked great, it felt like I was home and even though it smelled a little musty (which was fixed as soon as Uche provided an air freshener upon my request) I fell in love with the apartment.Bed was soft and clean and had enough pillows, room was clean, toilet/bathroom was clean (could be cleaner), the kitchen was fully furnished and went to waste cos I dont like to cook.Overall, for the price I got it? Freaking steal!The staff were available, efficient, polite and smiled all the time, no one solicited for tips (It can be pretty annoying trying to figure out how to deal with this so this was a huge plus)The apartment is in a very quiet estate, feels like a great place to raise kids and is basically ten minutes away from all the fun stuff to do in Lekki. Literally!I didnt want to leave.My only complaints would be the wifi and the cold pool. Wifi wouldnt reach my apartment and the pool (yes they have a pool) was small (some would call it cozy) and cold (again I visited in January and it was harmattany but Ive been to places where the pool is kept warm so I guess Im spoiled)Regardless, i will DEFINITELY be back and I highly recommend.Thank you again Max and Uche.

Place a low service orientation.Inflexibility low level of cleanliness.

My guests money got stolen, customer service is wack, zero incentive, best never to have house keeping in cos items will get missing and your apartment will still be a huge mess.
