The service was great, a very serene and quiet environment. The Receptionist is very understandable and communicate quite way better. Enjoyed my time here. And very affordable rate.

The staffs are very polite and friendly. The place is neat and the price is fair.

Its a very nice place for shortlet at the heart of Victoria Island

I really like the homeliness of this place whenever I visit from the UK. The food and service is top standard. The Rooms and beds are comfortable too. Its very peaceful and set in a great destination that is close to where things are happening. Definitely recommend to friends who are visiting from anywhere

Sanzank place is a lovely “home away from home” in Victoria Island. The amenities are modern, clean and very comfortable. The staff are attentive and helpful. Next time I visit Lagos that’s where I’ll be staying!

This place is an hotel not far away from Zenith Bank Hq. Room rates are affordable and food is very good. But has limited rooms better you book ahead.

Very basic and manageable. Its more suited for a quick night rest and quick check out. Had an early morning appointment with my family and so stayed for the night.

The smell of the place was horrible, no hot water, the electricity was fluctuating, poor room service. I felt sick after visiting there, not hygienic enough.

Budget friendly hotel right in the middle of Victoria Island. Quiet and peaceful location. Worth every penny charged. Staff are super friendly and warm. Found them on Jumia Travel when when I couldnt get a place on Airbnb. Love the artworks hung all around thier space. Hot water ran as needed, AC was cool. Will definitely stay here again. Was so busy I forgot to take a picture, next time I will do so.

Nestled right in the heart of the business district of Lagos, Sanzaks Place is the ideal hotel apartment for those looking for an affordable yet homely place to stay in Victoria Island. The headquarters of several multinational companies, world class restaurants, clubs and other entertainment/leisure hot spots, beaches, and other attractions, are all within a few minutes of Sanzaks - most are practically a street away or within walking distance.My stay, albeit short, I found to be pleasurable. The rooms were neat and the staff courteous and professional. The hotel may be small but I think thats what lends it its homely feel. I have recommended Sanzaks to several friends and colleagues and will continue to do so

Very poor customer service. I had No heater, towel for an executive room and hardly found anyone at the reception to attend to me.

Terribly bad. You receive just bed in the very small room + toilet ! And it will cost you 17-25K bad odour all around.Just the location is kinda ok, but in the rainy season all street under water. Bad.

The worst hotel, I have ever stayed in my life. I made a mistake and paid for 3 nights. The bathroom was dirty and rusty. The water was brown and smelly, and there was no water to shower and the staff offered to get me a bucket of water because they couldnt pump water. The air-conditioning was barely there and I complained ad nauseam and it was barely fixed. Room service is a joke and the meat was not fresh. The light goes out 100th of a time in day. The place is not worth the money, you are better off in a nicer and cheaper place in lekki phase one. The staff are polite but they are quite incompetent. If I can give zero star I would.

My Experience in this hotel was horrible . I got in so late and was given a room thats more like a store. The pictures I saw on Jumia travels where quite different from the room i was given down stairs. The power outage was alarming. Light went of intermittently, i got so frustrated that i had to open the door while dressing up cos the room was dark. The saddest of these was that my wrist watch fell of my hand when the light interupted, I picked it up and droped it on the table and hurriedly rushed off to the car Uber taxi already waiting. while in the Uber taxi i engaged I discovered i didnt wear back the wrist watch, quickly I asked the taxi to change route back to the hotel, i got back there to the hotel and asked that they get my wrist watch on the table but the answer I got was that someone has checked into the room and that they cant search until the customer checks out. However the Lady at the reception called the house keeper to know if they saw any wrist watch while cleaning the room, they said no. The reception supervisor even confirmed she saw me wearing a gold wrist watch on the day I arrived but to my greatest surprise the wrist watch got missing in the hotel....so sad about this.

Hotel management is poor, lots of power outages, meal was neither good or bad and just one staff handling the reception, bar and restaurant so there was multiple delays in services provided. Fair to say I will not be visiting again..

Its a lovely place to go with your family and friends

Quaint, quiet and great for a good nights rest after a long day on the road or a night at a concert (as was the case for me)

The environment was quite, in a good location, the A/C was functional, and the light was stable
