I am rating this Beni Gold Hotel a 3 star hotel because of the location. Its in Victoria Island so I expect more.Though it is a cool hotel which has beautiful paintings, large rooms, swimming pool, gym, kitchen sink in the room, small hall for meetings and a very large car park.The television was not clear. The management should occasionally check to ensure that guests are always satisfied.

My stay was good but it could have been better. The Air conditioning works well but the heater in my bathroom wasn’t working so I bathed with cold water. I stayed for one night only and it was just okay for the price. The booking was fast and the attendants both on phone and in person were polite. Also, The room has TV, fridge, dressing table, en-suite bathroom and wardrobe but there was no kettle or cup to make tea. The bed and pillows were comfortable but the duvet wasn’t. I particularly liked that the place was very secure as it’s gated and you need an access card to get into your room. Overall it’s really okay for the price

The hotel compound looks beautiful and 5 star worthy but the hallway needs maintenance, The walls look like they have mould on them and the paint is peeling off. I have been to at least 2 other Beni Gold hotels and by far this is the worse as i didn’t have a sound sleep and didn’t feel safe as i could hear all the conversations the staffs were having behind my window and on the hallway(I was given a room on the ground floor, Block B). It seems Block B is their meeting point.

This hotel used to be very cool between 2012 and 2015. My experience now is worse than terrible. Bedsheets are old. Mosquitos in the rooms because window nets are bad and rate is high. There is absolutely no need to increase price if you cannot upgrade your facilities for customers comfort.

I paid for 2 night, leaving the following morning, requested for a refund for the extra night i wont be staying and the front desk disrespectfully said NO like I was fighting with her. Stayed here for some months. It was slightly above average but the experience is not that remarkable.

The staff practically ignore guests. The phone rings for hours on end and nobody picks up meanwhile you can see the staff outside talking and laughing. I got no toiletries, mosquitoes everywhere, so much noise, etc. Never coming back.

Its a nice place for short stay accommodation. Good meeting rooms to have conferences and external meetings. Rooms are clean and affordable. Complimentary breakfast was also nice. Swimming pool, spa, and gym facilities available for your use. Overall, had a great time 🤩

I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. They have basically everything a standard hotel should have. Their staffs especially are very courteous and warm and the meals are delicious. There was a time the refrigerator in my room failed and it took them a while to replace. Other than that, it was a worthwhile stay. Oh, if you visit this hotel during heavy rains, you may be trapped as every where will be flooded.

Improve on your service..

I attended a boot camp at the hotel. I didnt use the accommodation facility so Im unable to comment on it.However, respect to meeting venues, Beni Gold Hotel provides a lovely facility in serene part of Victoria Island in Lagos.One shortcoming however is the Power/Generator system. Beni Gold is yet to adopt a more automated power system that automatically turns on the Generator when Power goes off. So UPS goes off in the middle of a presentation and youd have to wait a few minutes for the Generator to come on.Asides this, you can have a meaningful meeting a Beni Gold Hotel.

Basic hotel with very basic service basically maintained. Large parking space and well located in victoria island .Do not expect any upgraded standard there but you will have a great bed, television but don t look for great decoration or anything fashion there. You better to book on line if not they will charge you the double price.

Had a good parking space and security. Relatively cheap compared to the price. The location is serene, and at the heart of town.

This is a grand hotel located in a good location. It has many rooms with elevators working on all floors.They have moderately sized rooms that are well air conditioned.There is a small sized swimming pool at the side just near the gym.They also have an annex building with rooms on top and a lounge on the ground floor.They have adequate parking at this hotel.

Had a soothing experience

Beni Gold is a budget hotel that needs some investments to improve customers experiences. I think a lift should have been installed a long while ago. As I write there is no elevator in the hotel and it is one of the low points as far as customers satisfaction is concerned. Sound proof devices should be installed in the rooms so that customers can experience peace and quiet while they lodge. An entrance at the back leading to the swimming pool and gym should created to preserve customers privacy. Everybody in the world should not know that I am going to swim or gym because I passed the only entrance at the reception point.

Located in a quiet side of Victoria Island. Its well secured and always recommended to book early. Buffet breakfast is a visitors experience!

This places feels like a hidden gem in the heart of Victoria Island.The rooms are affordable. Starting price is at ₦14,000. I was first shown a room but when I complained about the smell at the entrance of that section, I was immediately shown a room in the next wing.I love the artistic works at the parking lot. Unfortunately, the hot water in the shower refused to get hot.

Customer service was above average. They turned requests around quickly. However, they should ensure all amenities are in the rooms upon checking-in to avoid customers making the requests.They provide services under the impression that all rooms will be occupied by single occupants regardless of the size of the room. Be prepared to have 1 towel, 1 cup etc in the room. Breakfast is also for only 1 person so if you have a small family of 3 you’ll have to pay for 2 extra people to have breakfast alternatively, you could book 3 rooms.😂
