A very very beautiful place indeed and surprisingly serene despite being located in a reasonably busy area.It is indeed a lovely place to lay back and unwind.Theres a gym, swimming pool, manicured lawns, cosy bar and walkways and ample parking space.I also affords some level of privacy.The only con for me is not all rooms (if any at all cos mine) have a balcony didnt and I couldnt see any from the buildings exterior.

If u looking for quiet time then good and safe place to be.

Amazing ambience bundled with excellent facilities and services

The first thing that caught my attention In this place was the environment, I love the trees and nature feel in the compound. It’s really soothing 🥰Now, to the staff, they were so friendly and hospitable. They treated me really well. Customer relations is top notch!The room, really neat and spacious, at least the one I stayed in.The hotel in general is great! They have a gym, two swimming pools, restaurant, the reception too is big enough and has seating areas, in general, it’s a really great location especially if you love nature.

Visited this place again after 3years and the standard is still the same if not better. More Pr should be done so many more people can visit the place.

Impressive array and selection of services available, top notch facilities, and extremely professional staff. Delicious and exquisite Nigerian cuisine, with exemplary presentation. Very helpful, welcoming, and kind management. Most definitely would recommend. Can not wait till my next visit! Bravo!

I enjoyed coming here. Firstly, it is quiet and really private. Ideal for a retreat or getaway. Secondly, its clean and tidy and the services are efficient and affordable. Finally, the food was good and the staff were friendly. Highly recommended.

Stayed 2 nights Friday through Sunday for a wedding there.Cant really call the place a hotel or an apartment. Good for a family or small event if you want to use the garden as event venue. Otherwise not a place i will recommend. The rooms are basic and clean, but expensive. Drinks and foods are even more expensive. For the rates charged you can get better options nearby

Truly a boutique hotel. Nice and friendly staff. Be aware though they lease out their backyard space which is DIRECTLY behind their guestrooms for parties and weddings etc. Ensure you inquire about this before booking for a quiet getaway else you may be disturbed. I believe closing times for such functions is till 12am so be forewarned

I had fun at the guest house Ikoyi, the room service was Swift. The rooms were neat and inviting. The meals could get a filled man hungry. It was a nice experience.

I attended a friends 50th birthday at the guesthouse. They have a beautiful garden for outdoor events of about 150persons and a pool.
