I give it the designer of the property. They were able to cram a lot into the space available in the building and compound. The building spans multiple floors with room numbers well indicated on each landing. Although I was only making a drop off. I was able to have breakfast at 9.30pm.The kitchen staff had my meal with coffee delivered to the table fairly quickly. After my bread and eggs got to the table I remembered I could have asked for sausages too. Sadly I was told it was in the freezer and I declined to wait for that to thaw. Perhaps a menu could have kick-started my memory faster.The staff are friendly but someone on the phone was getting under the skin of the girl at the lobby. On my way out I noticed the security guard waited inside the compound on until my vehicle started before shutting the gate. This impressed me but if he had waited a little longer, he would have seen that i heading towards an exit that is closed late at night.

Hotel service was okay. I am impressed by the quality of service Rooms are on the second and third floor so be ready to climb stairs. I observed there wasnt any wheel chair accessible entrance but I guess thats common for most hotels around.

Luxury at affordable prices. The staff are well coordinated and helpful. Complimentary breakfast and free wifi.Much thought was put into the operation of this hotel. It sets a standard to look up to for others.

Its a nice place though the environment is a bit low for the hotel. But the hotel is up to standard. There is no elevator despite having about 5 floors. Which make it unaccessible to people with mobility challenges.

Ive stayed at the AHI a handful of times. They check everything in my list asides the absence of elevator in a building with msny floors. The staff have great personality and customer service skills. The complimemtary breakfast is more of a snack and the kitchen closes early. The rooms are spacious, decor is a bit outdated but kept clean.

Well trained and cultured staff. But there is not enough recreation even though it accommodate more of people from the academics and research communities all over the world. Do it right.

It is a nice hotel. All the rooms are quite tight and just takes a maximum of two persons.They were just able to manage a small space.It has grossly insufficient parking space and only a maximum of two vehicles can park within the premises.The place is however neat and relatively quite.The rooms are air conditioned.They have a good restaurant and lounge but the rooms are small.They have a super fast and free WiFi and complementary breakfast too

I am.giving this hotel a 3 star because it doesnt have parking or a functional booking system. Opted to stay at this hotel because it was close to my haus and j was fumigating for the weekend. I asked to see a room and was shown a nice room. Just about $50 per night. I stepped out to bring my family and also pay only to be told there was no room and I was shown the room in error. Now I checked out 2 rooms and only stepped out to bring my family, luggage and wallet to pay!! I have to settled for Solitude Holiday opposite AHI and it is by far bigger than AHI residence. Nice room, yes, but I wouldnt be recommending AHI to anyone.

The definition of cozy. Once in your room, it grows on you. Professional attendants and very accommodating. 24/7 kitchen service, food is a bit pricey but filling.

I checked in yesterday April 22 to check out 27th. Im so loving everything about this place. It has everything I wanted to make my stay very luxurious and comfortable without comprising Safety.The WiFi is a plus including the complimentary breakfast... If theres any complaints at all, that would be no elevator to the 3rd floor which wasnt a big deal for me. Its just having a fairly active life to me. Ill consider myself a fit person though.If Im to summarise, Id say its classy, safe, relatively cost effective, easy accessibility to the major routes, also closer to V. Ginis, Dominos Pizza and Chicken Republic if you want variety only cos the AHI Restaurants is very cozy, rich and tastes great.Im so rating them 5 stars
