Bathrooms too small, toilet, cant stretch leg, water heater not working.Staff are courteous and professional. The bar is cute and the ogbono stew I requested is perfect.

The receptionists(particularly a lady named Precious) are God sent. Ever willing to help you with anything within their capacity to make your stay better. Asides from the room I stayed being small(I guess thats what my money could get😅) every other thing was great. The clean poolside is also free to all guests.Also, the locaction of this hotel is splendid!

It is Located at No 1 Oduduwa Crescent in Ikeja GRA, and it is a pocket friendly Hotel though some of the rooms are not too spacious but I will still recommend it any day for travelers and fun seekers who wish to Relax within the Location.. Environ is Calm and peaceful.

The pool is very nice and relaxing, quite serene, actually the best thing at the hotel. The rooms are small, but they try to bring the best comfort you can get in the space.

Ugh the worst. First of all the rooms were so small for the amount we paid. Then the kitchen staff was on leave so we had to leave and go look for food at midnight. Staff are so unpleasant and unprofessional. Wouldnt recommend this hotel! 😡 😡

The hotel is nice. Looks better at night. The front staff, especially Elvis has great communication and interpersonal skills. Theres a cute pool, not a wide variety of food at the restaurant. The rooms are a bit smaller than average.

I left an earlier comment that was not very flattering. But I do have to come back and say that things did improve after the a day or so. The staff was pretty exceptional once I got over the issues at check in, and the bed situation, which I ended up taking care of myself. The best thing about the hotel is the service!!! I honestly cant say Ive had better service anywhere else, and Ive been in a few. It would have been EXCELLENT if the Manager had bothered to speak with us. And please please fix the gym!

This Hotel has a lot of potential but its not being maximised. Situated in one of the best location possible in the heart of GRA ikeja. Suitable for all kinds be it work stay or leisure. The standard rooms are quite small including the bathrooms but itll get the job done. Its a clean hotel and peaceful hotel. One thing Ive noticed is change of staff is very frequent. For a homely hotel such as this, i see different faces (staff)each time I stayed at the hotel. The owner is an approachable man and also a reasonable man who has a hands on approach.

The Apartments also called the W hotel is a nice and amazing place. Their rooms are really cozy and the staff are warm.

It was a good experience. It was renovated recently so the environment and walls look clean. Good service from hotel staff. Rooms are quite small (I only know of the standard rooms). Albeit an averagely warm experience

Nice and cozy. They have a functional wifi. Staff are largely courteous and helpful. Rooms are clean and fine. They had 4 channels.However, the space in the toilets are too small...jeez. No leg room at all.Overall, 👌.

Nice environment settings. Staffers very pleasant. But need to curtail noise within the room corridor. A notice to be quite while passing through the corridor should be sufficient. In all I had a wonderful experience.

Second time here, got a budget room. Couple of cons: really small toilet (how small? Seating on the toilet seat and my knees touch the the wall). Breakfast never arrived, wasn’t great the 1st time around. And the wall facing the bath was wet for some reason.

The hotel staff in person of Mr Elvis King was very impolite, rude and disrespectful.He never wanted to tell me my privileges like emergency exit, complimentary breakfast. Mr Elvis mocked me and laughed at me. The room is very small for a humongous sum of NGN18,000.

Very serene and secure environment. The hotel has a warm and homely ambience, staff are courteous and helpful. My room didnt have hot water running. I mentioned it, they apologised profusely and had it fixed before I returned. We didnt get an infant bed as advertised on the agency website I used, but my baby snuggled cutely under the delightful duvet and it was alright. Theres a gym, too; opens 5am till midnight everyday apart from Sundays. Breakfast was tea, toasted bread and fried egg mixed with peppers. There was a very limited choice of cable TV channels, but the room was cozy,  bed was very comfortable, and we had a good stay.

My Vehicle was vandalized at this hotel. I had the worst experience ever with them. Imagine paying to stay at a hotel, and having your vehicle vandalized. The fact that their rooms are terrible isnt enough, horrible bathrooms, horrible bedrooms, pretty much like a match box. A security officer attached to this property drove a customers car and rammed into 5 others including mine. My vehicle suffered the most and the hotel refused to fix my vehicle. To top up the insult after i informed them I would sue if they do not fix my vehicle, they ordered me to remove my vehicle from the property within 24 hours! the highest level of insult. both the security company attached to the hotel and the hotel management kept playing me like football, refusing to fix my vehicle. I have began fixing it myself but I would sue for all they are worth. See attahced photos!

This is a hotel in a good and serene environment but the facility is just too choky, the rooms are very small, toilet very small that you have to squeeze yourself in. If youre big, dont just try the place because you wont be able to use the toilet and bathroom. And its expensive considering how tight the place is. Although the staff are okay and the breakfast they serve was good but the space is too tight and too expensive.
