An average hotel in comparison with hotels around Surulere area, Lagos. Its price is moderate, services commendable. All in all the hotel isnt a bad idea.

Great place to pass a night if you are on transit, or stranded in Lagos as it has got a locational advantage since its close to the bustling Ojuelegba area. A bit noisy and there needs to be an improvement with regards the cleaning of the rooms and quite affordable too.

City Point Hotel is one of the few hotels in surulere thats less mentioned due to its location. But thanks to few bars, bukas and restaurants situated around her. This makes her the perfect choice for night crawlers, chillers and ballers.It has a bar and 15-20 rooms, not too exclusive though but it Worths the price.Its secured even with 24/7 open doors.Booking is often competitive not online. So you have to walk in and reserve yours.

To be candid An hotel is a home away from home, and as such should be able to fulfil some basic requirements;*Cleanliness: An absolute most, to say City Points rooms are clean is like lieing to the Devil... Better attention should be paid to the cleanliness of the rooms particularly.**Aroma: 1st impression or do I say smellpression the Stale dank smell always puts a person off. This should be looked into, the rooms can be aired and scented regularly, so that its inviting to a guest.***Attentive Phone Answering: Aside from the fact that the lights are not always in the phones never get answered, begs the question of why they are there in the first place. This should be looked into you never know when its an emergency!****Bathroom Plumbing: Water is life how can I explain the plumbing being horrible and shortage of water (mind you there is no hot water). The leaking taps should be fixed proper plumbing finish ensured and there should be water or at least let the guests be aware when water is out.And on a final note the service is simple, not warm not attentive, makes you wish you where home.So if comfort, pampering, and a clean relaxed environment (the TV just has only 2 working stations) is what youre looking for, please keep looking.However, if you need a cheap place to crash for the night, although there are still some places that are cheaper. Well you get the point.
