The rooms are cozy and beautiful, the hallways too. Inside the building is fine. Theres a nice upstairs pool. Their bar is okay.Its located close to synagogue church, so its a good option for travelers and visitors. The area is quiet; if youre hearing music, then its from the hotel itself.The road leading there is bad bad.And some people that come to use the pool also come for smoking sessions

My sweet and beautiful Sugarland Hotel, Sugarland is one of my top five best hotel in the whole of ikotun. also amazing that they have a swimming pool up stairs, i also thinks that is the only hotel in ikotun with a swimming pool up stairs. so if you want to go on a vacation or business meeting choose Sugarland hotel and suit as your number one when its comes to ikotun.

No 24 hours electricity. Checked into heat. Gen came on 4 hours after. Small gen small fan no a.c. not fair for the price. Used to be nice probably now a victim of poor management
