Extremely poor hygiene , there were cockroaches everywhere, there was no towel in the bathroom, staff was rude.. I had no option cos it was as late as past 1am.

The Hotel itself is OK. But their online booking service is trash. I booked for a 2-night stay 4 days earlier, only to get there and be told that there was no room available. Why now send me a confirmation code. They even called me the morning of my first night to say that my reservation is confirmed and my room is ready. I was highly disappointed and upset. Imagine now looking for a hotel at a peak period with my family. Its better not to have an online booking system, than to have one and not honor it. Highly unprofessional.

Decent hotel, decent enough room to have a good rest in. The only slight hiccup I had was checking in as the receptionist seemed lost when I told her I booked online via Expedia. Expedia claimed they offer complimentary breakfast, but I didnt get it.I stayed for one night, so it wasnt bad as it served exactly why I booked in the first placeIts just one building away from Qlife Family clinic, a US Embassy accredited clinic for immigrant visa applicants medical exams.

Prices are cheap for the size of room and location. Water didnt work untill I complained. Should be in a better state for an hotel like this.

I managed to get a very good room. Their Superior room. Everything working well. Not much choice on TV Channels. They have only 5 channels but when i asked for a specific channel like CNN they offered to swap one of the 4 channels with CNN. I agreed and it was donenin 1 minute. They are one of only about 2 hotels in Victoria Island that have a swimming poool and moderately priced. Ask for a good discount on the rack rates. Dont say I told you :)

This is the worst place to spend a night, AC not working, toilets not flushing, staff very unprofessional, I can go on and on. I will not recommend this place for anyone
