Polite front dressy attendant. It just has the bare necessities... Just hope you dont have to ask the staff to help with your TV, the guy incharge will never make it work

Not bad a place to spend a night or two especially if youre trying to go incommunicado. Its tucked in deep inside the street and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Save for the co-lodgers, no one will know youre there.

Emphatha is affordable, around ₦5000 for bulk booking which was what I did, it is an average hotel, dont expect anything special, and in their in-house meal is expensive for a hotel of its class, you may want to get your food before you check.

Beautiful structure and setup. Neatness was sub-par though, cobwebs could be found in and around the room. Overall, it didnt affect what I was there for(Sleep).
