Poor room condition!No active AC in the roomStuffy room.Executive room way so below standard!No refrigerator in the room!No water heater..Way too overrated on my own opinion...Loved the sit out bar!And the front desk was great...

If I could give them no star , I would. The service girls are very rude, and you must beg for them to attend to you. Serve with dirty plastic cups . The only person who is swift is the swimming pool guy, always ready to help.
