Its a nice place, they just have to improve on their essential amenities such as water, they dont need to wait till the tank is empty before they pump water, good customer service as well, thumbs up

Located in V.I, the property was quite easy to locate and accessible to various landmarks. It boasts of a serene environment. The deluxe room I stayed in is very spacious and customer service was excellent. I will surely visit again.Oh! Did I mention the facility also houses a dental clinic, a unisex salon, and a grill house? I just did😊

Bed and breakfast only.

This is a good place for the location. It is at Oniru and very easy to access from anywhere. The map led straight to the apartment block. The rooms were clean and the price was affordable. However, the furniture and entire vibe of the place is quite dated. I didnt get a chance to try the complimentary breakfast. The staff was warm and helpful. I recommend for a quick overnight, nothing fancy.

I have been there a multiple times. They hosted a karaoke session and then I went there also for a workshop. Most recently though as part time I reach a HIIT class every Thursday 6-7pm. Id say the staff is nice, the space is great for hosting various events. And I know there are more businesses within the apartment coming up. Salons etc

Stayed in the Deluxe Room. Shower and bathtub didnt drain properly, the food was extremely bland, in-room amenities like bottled water and a towel were not provided until I made a fuss, and the in-room telephone had a loud crackling noise which made conversations with the reception very difficult. Overall, the service left a lot to be desired. Would not recommend.

Staff are courteous, pleasant and very helpful. Although facilities are a bit dated, they are functional and clean. Very hard pillows🤦‍♀️. Did not order F&B so I cant comment on those.

Im not a fan of Jollof Rice but their rice was pretty amazing very tasty And quite affordable . They have a small section, more like a small room where you can have birthday parties, meetings or any personal activities of course you need to pay or make reservations for that. They also have a dental care facility, I think they do free checks at the moment. So whenever you visit there ask for their dental facility if its still free you get a free service or simply pay for what you need. I generally think its a nice place to go with friends and its nice and quiet .

The room has alot of mosquitos and the quality of the towel in the bathroom is not good. The aircon also not cooling well.

Nothing worked! The shower drain was clogged. The jacuzzi leaked, the telephone barely worked, the air conditioner was on its last legs. The staff needed to be prompted to do their jobs. I absolutely wouldnt recommend.

The conference room seems to need expansion but it is a lovely place to have a lecture or get-together

The rooms is compared tp nothing on the pics. D room is so hot. D shower dont work properly, Toilet seat broken, The room was so uncomfy. D only pros about d room is their nice dishes and soft bed. Wifi wasnt continuous, was always turned off by staffs

The pictures you see were clearly taken years back, the place is a shadow of itself, lackluster attitude from the staffs and very disorganized booking arrangements.

Relatively friendly-priced hotel/residence in Victoria Island. though not a full complement hotel.
