Nice 3-star hotel. Courteous staff. Serene environment in a big estate

Pros~ Good scenery~ Service from the cleaners was okay~ Meeting room was good~ Tea break was above average (we all loved the apple juice but hated the meat pie because there was too much salt in it).Cons:~ Really quaint. There isnt a lot of room to move around and take long walks within the premises;~ Food was below average for me. I expected more from them.~ While in the elevator, it malfunctioned and was there for a while. Nobody came to assist and no one apologized for it.~ The room I was placed in had leakages with black soot everywhere and the heater making noise like a 190 year old man, not to add that where was water dripping into the waste bin and floor before I arrived. I asked for a change of room and they refused (can you imagine that?!) with the excuse that some of the executive rooms were filled. What happened to the ones still vacant or even apologizing again or sending the manager up to my room to do so?

Their standard rooms are small so spend more to get a bigger room. The buffet is well presented, but taste-wise, it wont blow you away. Communications: the hotel is in the dead zone of several networks so expect slow browsing speeds, yes you will need your own data cause the in-house wifi is slow too. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Nice and coz in serene environment

LimeRidge is a very cool hotel in Osborne Estate, Ikoyi.The environment is very serene and quiet. It is perfect for trainings and official hangouts. They have a gym and hall(s) for meetings. Theres also a pool for relaxation and recreation.Their menu (buffet) is also of great combination.Ive been here for trainings over 3 times, and its been uniquely wonderful times all through.Oh, I almost forgot: the wall arts and layout of the compound tiles... Quite creative!

This place is serene, secluded. Its the perfect place for a getaway, alone time, away from the hustle and bustle of Lagos. You can go for walks in the estate, sit out and enjoy the evening breeze. Id recommend it over and over again. Definitely worth a re-visit

Is a nice hotel with bar and restaurant. The bar and the restaurant is open to public whether you lodge or not. The price is affordable. The exterior and interior is decent and modern.

I had my first hot shower in years 😂 (by choice, if you were wondering). Pretty great place, in all ramifications the best hotel Ive been yet. But Im looking for nicer ones 😀

Nice apartment house where companies can hold their meetings, retreats or workshops. The food is tasty and the staff are courteous and friendly. The atmosphere is quite serene. I can recommend it for a personal retreat as well.

Beautiful place with lovely rooms. Clean toilet. Swimming pool with a small gym beside it. The restaurant is nice and they serve good food. It is located in a serene environment with good ambience.

Poor service, unfriendly staffs.

The aesthetic is top notch, beautiful rooms and enviroment, the food is nice too. But the staff have a really terrible attitude, no good customer care at all.

Had several clients and company technical meetings here. If you do not want any distractions, come here. And the security is great.

Cozy hotel, great and helpful staff. The only thing I noticed was that most of the rooms had scratches in the paint. If you are one given to aesthetics then this might not rub off right. The other thing was the slightly musty smell but this is common with most hotels on the island.

I was here just for a business meeting. But noted the overall very good quality of facilities and accommodation. Location is relatively quiet and fantastic for access to Ikoyi and Victoria Island

A tastefully furnished luxurious niche hotel in the secure low-density neighborhood of Osborne Foreshore in Ikoyi. The hotel is clean and secure. It is not your Fourpoints or Sheraton - it is reasonably priced, peaceful and quiet - without the ceaseless trudge or milling Ins and outs that you will typically see in the lobby of popular Lagos hotels. In terms of privacy and serenity, the hotel is comparable to Arbor at Hyde Park, another niche hotel in London, UK. The hotels management can improve upon the variety of breakfast offerings and training of hotel staff. If privacy is paramount, and budget is key, this is the right hotel for you.

The pool looks heavenly and service is great. I rate it a 4 because only lodgers can swim.

Very nice place, neat, affordable for its location, serene environment, lovely staff, wish the management would do more for them, they work so hard. The place is however not quite popular because its hidden inside an estate. So nice for those who want lots of privacy, but u may not quite like it if u are fun loving. Food is nice with a bar attached to the restaurant. Overall a good place.

They have imported glass fridge that dont cool drinks.My room had a strange smell like gutter/sewage smell.Some rooms are not fully equipped.My room window was facing their staff quarters and they were making noise.

Great staff, clean rooms and good breakfast. Recommendations: dont order too fancy items off the menu, simple or local foods are better. Take a costume, the pool is awesome.
