The rooms are really neat with clean sheets and walls. The toilets are equally clean with water running throughout. The hotel staff are extremely friendly. I strongly recommend this hotel if you dont plan to spend too much money. I went for the 10k room and loved it. The AC got extended cold at a point, I had to switch it off. Overall, this is a nice place. I will definitely be visiting again ☺. Thank you

A nice place with good hospitality

I sometimes stay at this hotel when I come to visit my husband. This hotel is clean. A/C is good when power is on, but the hotel runs the generator when its off so you still have use of a fan. Has a bar. Little parking but it works well. The staff sometimes increases the rates when they see me since im white and American but that is understandable. Staff is still friendly.

Its basic, nothing extraordinary. We were given a discount of N2,000 for lodging for more than a night.

This landlocked hotel sits pretty in Ebute meta and stands out from the array of closely packed buildings on freeman street.The hotel room is of modest size, neat and clean. Perhaps good value for the cost of room.The customer service here is basic at bestwith obvious lack of formal training. The vicinity of the hotel offers a modest scenery and not exactly quiet. In truth, there are no fantastic views of the windows in the rooms.The hotel has a bar and restaurant that appears to be well maintained.The airconditioning works pretty fine in the rooms, water runs in the bath and the room ambience is good and welcoming.For modest budget, this hotel may just work for you.

Generator is available to 6am next morningGenerally a low budget hotel for those tight on funds; mininum amount is 8k for smallest room and 10k for bigger room. Use hotel if your work is around Ebute metta area.
