I had a lovely stay at Tivoli....the sea view behind, the ambience of the back garden is simply amazing!

This place is built specifically for natures comfort and relaxation, splendid sea view from the rooms. Have you ever imagined eating in the restaurant or having a bottle of drink at the bar and all you see is the site of speed boats causing beautiful ripple effect on the water surface ?Its truly a site to behold. I went for a wedding here. It was done outside by the waterfront which was a great view.Parking had to be outside though.

Very brown water...,bad..bad hospitality,...light shortage..No dstv decoder...very very bad hotel it is...❌❌❌❌❌....its a red flag for me...

I forgot a piece of clothing there for about 5 months....came back for it and met it in great condition. It was drycleaned and kept for me. Fantastic!!

Calm and modest. Relaxing waterfront!

Youll almost miss the entrance but cant miss the esteem service from the security to the front desk personnel and the rest of the crew that make Tivoli Garden a place to immortalize in your memory.

Where to start? Elevator broken and we were on the third floor. The telephone did not work, I had to go down 6 flights of stairs just to talk to the front desk. Air conditioning did not work. NO WATER for 3 DAYS! The bed was hard as a rock, I could barely walk when I got up. Mosquitoes everywhere including the rooms. The pool is inoperable and full of green water. That’s where they breed the mosquitoes. Paid extra for sea view but the glass was cracked and so dirty you can’t see out. The sea is so full of garbage around there that it’s sickening. Demolition going on with a jack hammer to listen to all day and then around 4:30 the workers take a bath in a bucket right in front of our window. Stark naked men right outside. The property needs to be condemned. How can you rent a room with no running water in the middle of Covid!!!

This place is horrible!The generator went off in the middle of an event and didnt come for 2hours, the kitchen staff hoarded the food we paid for even though we hadnt even eaten.People got stuck in the elevator twice.WiFi wasnt working.The door key card stopped working and even the master key wouldnt open it.

Affordable and located in a reserved environment of Ikoyi.

Lovely serene setting, always calming to be by the water. The service was good, waiters were attentive. The food came a bit late.. About 45 minutes wait period. But it was worth the wait!Sumptuous meal, good choice of wine, lapping sounds of the waves, good company and great ambience.

Quiet environment. Turning to the hotel is a bit hidden and parking is a little tight. Staff are friendly

We had a lovely TGIF event here. The hotel is tucked well away from the main road (0ff Awolowo Road). The water-side outdoor was really refreshing. Had a little issue with their pricing for our finger food but it was their internal issue. We had to pay more than what was initially quoted. Overall, it was nice e experience.

My room was spacious and smelt fine. However, the Hotel is in need of attention and maintenance. I had mosquitoes in my room and it bit by children , the television was subscribed to just two or three local channels. They may need to also work on their water treatment system as it looked coloured. The lifts werent in use because they were using a smaller generator. I love the complimentary newspapers , but they were old issues and hadnt been supplied any recent ones in 5 days. I dont think I had value for my money N38,500 a night, but I had an average stay. I hope they improve. Hotelling business is expensive to maintain

Nice place

Went for an open air, by the water night event. Setting was really nice. However the service was very slow, a couple of new staff hurriedly engaged for the event I went for couldnt differentiate beer and stout.

This is my escape zone from Lagos traffic after work. Enjoy some peace and quiet by the waterside. They have good food and limited choice of drinks but sure to hold your cash with you. They always have a faulty POS

This is the worst hotel Ive visited. Toilet was used and wasnt flushed before I was checked in. The bulb in the bath wasnt working, a power surge happened and lights went out in the room. Power outage and boom, generator isnt working. Water is brownish. Management is generally poor, seems like a hotel someone just uses to launder money. I wouldnt be caught dead here again. Its over an hour right now and were waiting for PHCN in such an expensive hotel in IKOYI, Lagos. The only good thing is the big room.

Nice place.

Executive room- big and spacious but fixed shower head, shorter than 5ft 8inc, water pressure was so low. Wooden floor was just polished so breathing was difficult. Front desk and restaurant intercom just rang, had to go downstairs to be attended to. Other than that, lovely scenic waterfront.

Cant vouch for their lodging offering. The restaurant is however a great place. The location is great and if you decide to take a seat outside you would be having a great view of the lagoon with a fresh breeze. The bar has a great selection and the staff is nice.

Service was poor on the day. Staff were unavailable to help. The environment could do with some touch up. The waterfront is gorgeous...thats a good reason to visit.

A waste of 38,500/ night . First the bedsheets had coffee stains and also large oil stains on the pillow case . The intercom wasn’t working , so you had to walk downstairs to request for anything . Blown out bulbs in the bathroom and to crown it all, water had to be fetched to have a bath or flush the toilet . If I had not prepaid , I definitely would have had an issue paying the full sum for this . It was the worst stay in any hotel , especially one in Ikoyi. I will definitely not be visiting this place again or recommend it to anyone . The gallery pictures are misleading .Did I forget to mention the very loud staff?

Don’t believe the hype. Rooms are a mess. There is a musty smell and it really doesn’t look great. The only thing actually working for this hotel is the waterfront. Loved it! Apart from this unique feature, I didn’t like any other place in the hotel. Even the door at the entrance was faulty. Definitely needs a lot of maintenance work

Cool, the only challenge here is parking space, they dont have enough car park for the standard of the hotel, I have to pay #500 for me to park in an close by car park.

Absolutely fantastic. Great place with great ambience. The waterfront bar soothes and serenades you all through your stay.

Very poor service for the location it is situated and the cost about 37500. Coloured smelly water, power outage, with faulty generator, mosquitoes in the room, water outage can last as long as 24hrs, no complimentary breakfast. Tacky finishings: none functional side lamp, power trips off and theres power in some part of the hotel, whilst there isnt in some parts. If youre very unlucky water might stop running whilst youre taking your bath.

Great lagoon view. Wonderful relaxation spot and hangout venue with friends. Also a cute mini conference room for company meetings. Great menu list. Room services also on point

The ac was not working. There was no hot water. The water from the taps is not treated quite a number of us has bad reactions. The manager was very rude.At some point a few of us got stuck in the elevator. The whole place is a mess and isn’t managed properly

The ambience here is fantastic...its at the sea side and you can get food here on a wait. Its a bit expensive, its every close to ladol masha jetty. Above all, you will enjoy the experience at Tivoli garden.

If you are not lodging at this hotel, perhaps its passable but this is not an hotel you should spend the night in. We booked the Standard room, the running water was brown, windows were not cleaned, dirty linen on the bed, we found cockroaches in the room. The corridor was not swept nor mopped. Service was very slow. Apart from Emmanuel and another lady at the restaurant attending to us, it seemed the others were not bothered, indicating that moral is low.This was so bad, we could not spend the night there after paying N32,500 for the night! Even the waterfront is tacky and smelly, you can see this clearly during the day. I hope the owner is reading this, this hotel has potential but please improve the standard and look after your staff.

Tivoli Garden Hotel is the place, tucked away gently from the road, very serene and beautiful seaside restaurant, there is a night club too. It is simply my kind of place, lovely with wonderful staff however the kitchen decided to deem that wonderful experience by taking forever to serve simple rice, first we couldnt get what we wanted because the ingredients were not available🙄🙄, ọ great choice of food selection for some sides. Yes, their toilet is basic and ok😊

Simply horrid experience. The room was dirty, sheets stained, the most measly complimentary breakfast, and the whole place was noisy because they had a party all night. Definitely not repeating.

Great ambience, especially the pool-side which overlooks the Lagoon. Food and drinks are okay, nothing to write about, just okay. Had my office end of year party here, two years in a row. And it was worth it. Would probably use them again this year.

Comfortable bed, very soft pillows, shower in the room is roomy and functional. Staff were prompt and friendly. Good stay in all.

Good view but very slow service

This hotel is just ok. I attended a throwback Saturday party here and it was fun. I found it a bit pricey though as my partner and I racked up quite a bill within 1 hour of stay. If youd be attending an event here, there is parking arrangement manned by attendants who demand a fee when you are exiting. Ensure to inquire how much for parking as I was harassed at exit.

The room was great with the city in view,Staff were average in service except the reception attendee likes of Emmanuel etc. The management are open minded and ready to improve on corrections. On the average, I think its a great place to stay.

Lovely hotel, good for photoshoot, especially pre wedding shoot

My friend had their wedding there and the generator packed up and the space was not designed to operate without Central air. We were sat in the heat. They are lucky the couple was in the euphoria of their union I would have had somebodys head.

The outdoor bar is fantastic. Always a great spot for a drink or 2 with a view of the sea and parts of the city.
