The place requires serious upgrade. The bed spreads in the rooms are old. The rooms dont smell fresh and good. The hotel management should work on providing customers with optimum services.

The worst place I have been to I my whole life, even a small town like abeokuta has great hotels better. I was almost stranded. I told them I will check in by 11:45pm since it showed 12am check in time and I booked 1week before my arrival. I got there and I was told no room. The one available was like a security houses room before they came up with this room with pictures I posted that this one was available and I could not leave because of curfew. Dont ever ever go to this hotel and help give your review to help others. The pictures they posted are deceptive.

Useless and smelling rooms

In terms of location I really loved how accessible the hotel . Their Staff were competent and helpful. Price was also fair for what we got.The rooms were clean but the section we stayed in could do with a little renovation. For some reason hotels seem to find it difficult to provide two towels when you have two guests staying. This is not just perculiar to Integrity but I have experienced it in other hotels too. whats the logic?

They have really good customer service. The hotel is in an obscure location. I recommend using Google map to find it. Its a budget hotel. Poorly maintained. When we got there, they were painting the outer part of the room we were supposed to stay. Worse off, the bed sheets were really dirty and we had to change rooms. The room we got had a broken door handle and then we had to change room yet again. We finally managed the third room. Think 1/2 star hotel in VI. Its cheaper than most hotels in the area.

A decent place in the heart of Victoria Island, Lagos. Staff were nice and courteous and I particularly liked the fact that there was non stop/ regular electricity.More efforts should however be made towards keeping the rooms clean DAILY, not only when the guest asks.I also had issues with getting the WC to function.My stay in all was a pleasant one.

Affordable place with basic facilities if youre looking to cut down on expenses and still be close to where the exclusive places are located in Lagos. The staff are very helpful and courteous. One high point of the hotel is its serenity. The neighborhood is silent and feels safe. Theres a heater and constant electricity. Housekeeping could use a little improvement though. Overall a superb service for the price.

A quiet hotel situated within a short drive to the major event venues in Victoria Island. Had a good night sleep with alternative power supply to the air conditioning and a good warm water bath but had no need for food and drinks for objective sector comments. Experienced above average courteous staff and fairly clean environment. Summarily, the hotel is ideal for someone having a low budget for a decent stay, especially after night out outings.

Location is fine and accessible. Victoria Island is a central area in Lagos Island. Thought you could hardly tell its a hotel from the entrance as there was no visible signage in front and it was a bit awkward asking people for directions especially when youre there and facing the building. I wont make excuses for them because its supposedly a budget hotel bit I know some hotels that charge less and still give you very good service and awesome rooms. Work needs to be done regarding neatness. Very important. The bathroom could barely take me but I took the room because of the balcony where I could chill. The AC works fine and the bed is good. Channels are very few and annoying. Staff are very courteous and friendly. Was told they didnt have food (swallow) and that drinks are finished. Didnt know what to make of that so I just went out to help myself. Im hoping its just a one-off incidence as it reflect rather poorly on them. I recommend the place for anyone whos not looking at Eko Hotel.

Low budget hotel for those who must stay on the Island during business meetings. I visited a friend here and noticed the staff were very friendly but not very professional.Very limited parking space in front of some boys quarters kind of apartments which doesnt give the guests in rooms much privacy.

This is quite a good one. Rooms are ok and well arranged, although it might not be as (beautiful) as you expect hotels in VI to be but usually in good condition.- Rooms get booked easily regardless of what day of the week it is.- WiFi is great. Only that if your room is around the pool side P-numbered room, you have to bear the reception to get connectivity.- Friendly and welcoming staffs- Proximity too ATMs, Groceries, Pharmacies, Clubs, etc 100%- Competitive pricesThis is by far one of the cheapest hotels around the neighborhood. But as you know the cheapness as well comes with its price.. Although not entirely bad but you come to find limited parking, staff always busy/exhausted due to limited workers, limited options at the restaurant.

If you use your Google map (if driving or using Uber/taxify) youll find this place easy to locate. I used this place during the early hours (3am) as I was returning from a show with my friends, safe to say we spent a few minutes outside trying to get the security to open the gate. We were admitted and because we booked the room online we were quickly shown to our room. Nothing superfluous but the staff on ground were really nice, at that time of the day Id say kudos!The room was very neatly arranged, but we actually had to request toiletries. We got the basic and thankfully water was running but no towels. The bed wasnt soft anyways I guess it was what we got for the type of room we booked. No unnecessary noise. It was as private and peaceful as could be. If memory serves me correctly, the DStv package was expired so we had to make do with just local stations.The room had a table and chair, I think a bedside fridge and a spacious closet with hangers. They definitely dont run a 24 hour food service as advertised that year.. so we had to wait till morning to order food, which came in late due to something or the other. The breakfast was unnecessarily expensive compared to what was served and the generator was put off as early as 7am without an explanation...🤦😭 Before our checkout time!

When you are on budget, this is a good place to stay. Located close to shopping malls, banks and eateries. Everything you need is just few poles awayYou may just have to be weary of the quality of water flowing through the sinks.

WARNING!! This might be a fraud: I booked a room at this hotel and asked for a letter of invitation, I sent them my passport scan and since then they wont answer any of my calls. I had somebody else calling them and at first they answered, then they hung up on him and blocked his number too.I canceled my reservation and will make sure I get fully reimbursed

Nice place but the management should endeavour to put mini fridges in the rooms. How can you have a hotel room without a fridge?.Generally its ok.

Terrible place, I had to buy aerosol to kill the mosquitoes, the beddings was terrible, the customer service is nonexistent, no bar, no kitchen, no reception. I cant say this enough, it is a terrible place to lodge.

The worst place i have ever slept. The bathroom is dirty, duvet is dirty. The furnitures are old. The room smells. I was stranded that is why I slept there. I wouldnt stay there for free on a normal day. I paid 14k for the queens room but damn, it was a horrible experience. Please dont waste it money going there, its total rubbish.

Very low standard rooms, but hotel has flexible timing, so youre not forced out by 12/noon which is a good thing. Has got an open gym thats dusty and not fully equipped. Not rowdy.

Budget friendly hotel. However, limited car park space available with tight steering spaces. Reception service was a bit slow, rooms had chipping paints and the one I had had a sluggish WC when flushing it.

This place is trash.... bad service... bad food... bad water.. there are roaches in the toilet... power is not 24 hours... no gym, no pool like described... it is overall shet just a bit cheap but im sure there are better options

I visited this place a couple of months ago and I had a not too experience there. The environment looked shady. The hallway was dark even though it was daytime. The rooms were small and covered with dust. The bedsheets I met looked dirty and smelled dusty but the attendant wont change it; she was very rude. The pillows stank. The water heater in the bathroom was not working and youd have to fetch water with a bucket to bathe. I had to leave after staying for 15 minutes.

Very small bathrooms, small shower caddy, nice staff. Room has a balcony which is very tasteful of the owners! But the light from the transparent door at night affects sleep. I’ve never slept so badly in a hotel. The Tv goes offline every few minutes and channels are changed from the reception so you must watch whatever the receptionist wants to watch. Thank God I didn’t really need to watch it. 3 stars because dirty towels and Bucket provided for shower and tap shower head is gone ! What does it cost to fix that ? An obviously Dirty duvet and pillowcases smell used. Please wash them. Lights streaming into the room from the door and the ac light switch. Has a horrible night. No remote control to adjust the temperature of the ac so I woke up at night three times to put off and put on ! Horrid!! I had to put the bed linen on the door to block light out then use a pillow to block the light pouring in my face from the ac switch.On my second visit, the place was more tolerable. I had a different room but the damp musty smell was everywhere. I left my iPad in the hotel room and returned to it about two hours later. So, good.3rd visit&4th visit : don’t ask me why I went back because I have a tendency to visit places I’m familiar with. I just wish to inform the owner of this hotel that your facility is like a ghost town and soon the mere fact that it’s so empty will drive guests away. I can see that there’s still construction going on, creating more rooms. Your toilets are a big mess. Your bathrooms are dirty, water doesn’t run or the taps are out of control. Ac with no bad sensor so remotes can’t work. You are located in a prime area of VI BUT YOU are unable to utilise your resources appropriately. Concentrate on the two main blocks of rooms you have now and ensure everything in the room work. I won’t be going back for sure. I was super scared being the only guest in the hotel on the first night. I was about to check out when I saw someone else check in so I was relieved !

Sweet hotel in the heart of Victoria island, a well popular street and very busy Adeola Odeku Street. I believe viewing the evening traffic on that road from the room will b mind blowing

Generally theres a lot of flexibility, the hotel is not so strict, which is better for guests, not the owners. But everything else is not right. Bad management or organisation or something else.

It was short of the review i saw that made me come here the receptionist first told me there was no room because i booked online and i called to say the door lock was acting funny but when i called again that i needed tissue she placed the phone in a contineous busy mode i had to come down the stairs to ask for tissue . These girls look for job when they get it they do not take it serious. I wish I could stay a little longer i would have reported the incident to a higher authority but i would check out frist thing in the morning. I also had a cold bath the heater in my room was not working.

It is still undergoing renovations and a building site beside it is a refuse dump. It is just a low budget accommodation, so no one should expect so much.

This is definitely a 1/2 star hotel.No remote to control AC,intercom not functioning,crack wall,bathroom floor broken.I have to call and request for toilet and POS not available,what a surprise.The hotel is good for just passing a night,nothing more.
