It was ok, but no water heater, and mosquitoes are there. However, it is a good place to crash overnight.

The rooms are nice, the reception is welcoming and the location is well planned. The security is also good and the floors are clean enough. But i must say the rooms are narrow and a bit small. The air conditioning works perfectly and the rooms still provide a fan. The toilets should be looked into but they work though. The beds are well layed and the bedsheets clean. The laundry services are nice.

This hotel is one of the worst hotels I have ever been too. I had to check out midnight because nothing was working. The light was low, the AC wasnt cooling, the Television wasnt showing the mosquitoes were so annoying. Everything was wrong. And the management were dummies, no one could come talk to me they went hiding. I went to another hotel. Pls if u re in festac avoid this hotel. I came in from Abuja and the hotel was a mess.
