Good... The receptionist should add a little life to her appearance... She isnt doing anyone a favor by attending rather getting paid and we are the reason she gets paid..Shower should be worked on...Other than this .. clean and nice

They have 2 locations in the same estate.. the newer location is better managed and facility is newer while the older is not in the best shape.And this shows in the service experience from the staff. Thats why they get a 3 star. But if you stay at the newer property youll get a 4 star experience.

Where do I start from?! Great aesthetics, neat, great staff and services! The knock out blow is the food!! Affordable and simply delicious. Only downside was some tv channels which werent clear. Ill definitely revisit as soon as I can. Keep it up folks.

Its a good place but for lodging.

Place is decent but theres room for improvement. Improvement like providing sleeping kit for the receptionists so they stop sleeping on the floor of their desk late at night during their overnight shifts.Sleep is a natural phenomenon and cant be resisted at the wee hours so should management insist the receptionists must stay up all night then theyre being unrealistic.Secondly, the air-conditioning units LED lights in the rooms needs blurring as they have no option to switch off on their remote controls. The AC LED illuminates the entire room like lights bulbs even when the actual bulbs are turned off when one wants to sleep without lights on.

Nice but difficult to locate

There is always shortage of staff and long delayed when needed attention of the restaurant, the DSTV is always late to resourscribe each month, No management or supervisor to listen to suggestions or complaints, staffs are getting tired of their job or probably untrained. The hotel services is no more as its used to be, thanks.

I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and booked 2 other rooms for my wife and her friends. The hotel management asked us to pay a deposit of #30,000 before lodging in the hotel which I did. When it was time to refund the deposit, they looked for unnecessary faults so as not to refund the amount completely. I was charged #20,000 for staining the ceiling P.O.P with gum used for sticking balloons which was removable.I went back to the hotel and complained 20k was way too much and requested to see the manager but he was never on sit for 4 days , I requested to speak with him but it all turned on deaf ears. I also requested to come repaint it myself but they refused because of their interest in the money. Afterwards, 5k was added, making 15k out of 30k on the 4th day we left the hotel after they promised to refund within 24 hours. The receptionists lack good customer service and they talk back at customers. It was really a sad experience and I dont think Ill be coming back for any reason. Thank you.

Members of staff are not bad but still need some training. Service is swift. Room isnt spacious. Wifi is for 1 person, regardless of the number of occupants in a room. Overall, its okay.

I was here with my fiance for 10 days. Its a very good hotel located in a serene environment. Theres security at the estate gate, theres privacy as well. The room is cleaned daily. Theres free wifi, complimentary breakfast and your car even gets washed. Its all of your island on the mainland as their logo says. I recommend

This is a definite go to. I would say one of my favourite low-cost hotels on the mainland. Polite staff, clean rooms, complimentary breakfast, fitness center, pool and restaurant. If you can afford to take anything higher than the standard, please do.... at the new building. Lol

Everything was perfect from reception, security and stay.

Its affordable and very okay if your on a low cost budget. Its also secure. One thing that stands out is cancellation without a fee. Then free wi-fi and parking, for me those are really key things I appreciate. The environment is also okay and clean. Didnt have any issues with the sheets being changed daily, as thats always an issue with low cost hotels. This one is affordable and with class. The location is easily accessible. They also have free breakfast, comes with the whole package. Enjoyed my stay here. Their meals too are tasty and spicy if you request for spicy..

What a beautiful cost effective hotel

Lovely boutique hotel in a serene part of Surulere. The rooms are very clean, the furniture and bed are very comfortable. The location is central and easily accessible to Lagos Island. National Stadium is just a stone throw away. Its also just about 2 km to a major shopping center and cinemas. Overall, very good value for money.

One of the top hotels located in a serene area in Surulere. Easily approachable from the island and quite secure as it’s located in an estate. The ambience is relaxing and the amenities in the rooms are above average standard.Although parking is a bit of a snag, it’s a nice place to hang out with friends, have a drink, see a match or have lunch and/or dinner.It’s my top recommendation to people looking for a hotel in Surulere.

The environment is very clean . The restaurant is also clean and very modern decoration wise. I was welcomed warmly. The only downside to the place would be the location because it is located in a densely populated area of Lagos States. This could attract a lot of traffic , noise and pollution. However the management might have dealt with this issue by putting certain measures in place. I was not opportuned to lodge there so I am unable to comment on the rooms. Overall it is a nice place.

I love the hotel. Its calm, peaceful and very neat. The staff are good, quite respective and responsible. Delicious meals , nice services.

Very clean place. I enjoyed the breakfast, high stack of toast and an omlette with delicious vegetables. I had issues at the airport but the staff went out of their way to help me, even helping me buy make up products and malaria tablets after my luggage was lost. I was very comfortable. There is a church nearby that has daily service so the music was nice. Everyone was hospitable, it was a great experience. As an American I felt safe, the hotel is gated. The driver of the hotel took me wherever I wanted to go, the staff even escorted me to the mall and helped me find KFC. Wonderful experience for Nigeria. This hotel is a hidden diamond.

When I reserved to stay at De Riggs, I didnt know what to expect but I did met well organized staff beautifully built affordable hotel. The rooms are quite good, clean beddings and modern facilities.Their complimentary breakfast was quite better compared to other hotels within the area. Room were well lighted, spacious and cosy.It is really at good location, you can find banks, bars, restaurants, shopping malls and sport lounges within 4-10mins drive. I will definitely recommend this hotel for you and you alone. Do have fun.

Clean and private but the noise from the nearby church on Saturday and Sunday morning is distracting. Full English breakfast is a must have. Delicious.
