Very comfortable place. Good food, clean toilets and the workers are respectful. These were great to experience. 10 out of 10 would go there again.

If you have taste, standards or desire somewhere nice THIS PLACE IS NOT FOR YOU. A really terrible place to stay. I paid N10,000 and I really regret my stay. The customer service is so poor, unqualified staffs. The rooms are so untidy with lots of insects. Had a dead cockroach in the room. The bathroom is so awful that I didn’t feel safe using it. The management needs to renovate the whole place. Naked wires were all over the place, especially one close to a light switch. I was scared of being electrocuted.Giving this place a 1star is generous. It needs to be shut down

This place is very very terrible. You stand a better chance of being comfortable sleeping under a bridge. The staff are extremely rude. They left me with no light because they feel like turning on the gen saying I should wait for light to come so nonchalantly. The rooms are never tidy. You pretty much have to clean it yourself. If there’s a word worse than terrible then that’s what defines this place.

A budget hotel with good customer service.Having a good maintenance of the facilities will rather improve the ratings such as light and door repairs including housekeeping of e.g. windows.It is okay if your expectations arent too high.

Poor services, poor ventilation, stair is a hazard to tall people and no air conditioner. If you have no choice, then you can use it.

The rooms were filled with mosquitoes and a few rats. They also need an alternative payment plan to cash. Its in a good location

The place is terrible! I paid N6,500 but couldnt sleep there so I had to look for another hotel that night and relocated that same night. There was no service because they hardly have guest as I was the only guest there. Terrible, smelly rooms with stale facilities. Please nobody should go there, I was misled by the online pictures I saw.

Hotel is very poor, looks and feels so un-keep. The bed is more like a plywood than comfort. I just cant wait till day break to leave this prison.They dont deserve any star at all.

The place is neat and the water is running. But there are rats and the mattress is too hard.

Horrible experience. Dirty, terrible housekeeping, Ac not functioning, bedbugs and rat infested rooms. Guest have to change over between PHCN and generator by themselves via a rusted changeover switch in each room. The manager and receptionist were so rude and arrogant after paying for two nights and spent just a night, they never apologized for the inconvenience I experienced.

Poor reception, the hotel workers are not professional, mosquitoes hasnt allowed me to sleep since I hit the bed, the window unit air conditioning isnt blowing cool. Everything is just wrong about this hotel and I regret booking this hotel for my team.

AC is not cool, it keeps making a very loud crashing sound every 5mins, too much many plenty mosquitoes, cudnt sleep thru the night, had to use tissues to block the plenty holes at the windows were the mosquitoes were coming from, reception desk contact wasnt responding to calls, intercom not working, if you have an emergency you may die inside the room with no way to contact the management, direct GSM number dropped my call on me without even hearing why complaint.It was a horrible experience, this place needs total improvement and upgrade if it chooses to survive modern day hospitality business.Fan is dusty, had to off it. I was awake all thru the night feeling totally dissatisfied and disappointed.

Room rates are low, no water heaters for most rooms, service needs improvement. So if you just want a cheap place to spend the night, then this might be a place you should check.

Thenonly thing great about this placebis the orice. Ammenities are horrible, id rather spend more money than spend a night here. Useful only if others are sold out.

Well, i thought it was going to be a good experience but it was otherwise, i didnt sleep all night because there were too.many mosquitoes, the bedsheet is small.The most annoying thing is , the supposed complementary breakfast was not served, the excuse been that they serve it around 6-7am and since we didnt call then we cant get it anymore (we called around 9am) i wasnt even informed.i hate it when i feel cheated that was exactly how i felt, the experience made me frown all day!
