It was a partially good stay at Swiss International DPalms Airport Hotel. Staff members were very friendly. But their service was poor. We practically begged before most services were rendered. Cleaning the rooms we lodged for three nights was an issue. The heater in the bathroom did not function well. I practically took my bath with cold water most times.Apart from that, the rooms my colleagues and I lodged were big.

First of, the sink in the toilet was leaking. We informed the front desk about it but they never fixed it for 4 straight days. Secondly, ordering food takes about 2 hours to get up to your room. My wife was extremely ill and I asked for 2 cups so I can give her food and medication. It took over an hour to get just cups up to us. The one thing they are very very very good at doing is asking you to the pay for the day, they don’t hesitate with that.Very poor experience at this hotel, extremely terrible customer service. I gave one star because there is not a lower grade

Spent 4 days here.Hotel is beautiful and very well lit.Food is expensive, but good. All local food, a specialty for them.Free WiFi, but terribly slow and disappears on its own. Had to discontinue use after the first day.Less than 15 minutes drive to the airport. But you know Lagos, Lagos can happen. An hour long traffic can suddenly begin.The staffers are top notch.Am I likely to return? More than likely.

Its all getting old now and the room I stayed was for 30k no discount and the rest room had a bad smell, they also need to change the beddings when its old its all old faded white now... apart from that the food was nice and the staff was well behaved

This home away from home facility which offers fairly affordable and budget-friendly prices is situated within the serene environment with fantastic hospitality. It is a perfect place for get outs from all the hustles and bustles of Lagos and get utmost desired relaxation.

Made use of their hall for an event, personally Ill say the hall needs more maintenance and attention, they should extend their customer service down to the hall, imploring proper hall management.In all the hotel is great, visited their reception and it was lit and cozy.

Stayed here a night. Nice ambience. But cant bank on the light and some other amenities. For a hotel, the customer service was average

The management of the hotel should up their game with training of the staff there. So many things are going wrong there including seeing rats in some of the rooms. I think its absurd.

They have a really cool lounge by the pool. Clean and serene environment. Spacious rooms, lobby and a functional elevator. Drinks are affordable, food is not. The food here is not great at all. The room we got was in need of urgent maintenance.

This hotel is located in the heart of Ajao industrial estate. It has very nice structure and ample parking space. My challenge with the location is the traffic you have to contend with going there. Needless to say bad road is a major cause of the traffic. If the roads in that axis are fixed, it may then be a joy ride to the hotel.

Swiss International hotel, located very close to Lagos airport; built to solve accomodation problems mainly for travellers and perhaps others and yes they have done well in accomplishing that.Despite being in existence for many years their facilities are kept maintained although I recommend detailed fumigation very regularly and perhaps an upgrade of some interiors.Available is a good sit out area by the swimming pool, a useable gym, a gift store/boutique and an indoor bar with big screens enjoyable for sports. Their rooms are aptly spacious and beer is fairly priced. In my opinion I think their food tastes good especially their peppered gizzard/chicken.It was a welcoming atmosphere with friendly front desk staff and a few others that smiles even when they are under pressure to fix customers issues. They were also kind enough to offer us a mini treat as appreciation at the end of our stay... Kudos!I couldnt take a lot pictures as I had a busy schedule, kindly enjoy these few.

An airline lodged me and other passengers in this hotel after a flight delay due to engine problems, so i was really worked up. On getting there at about 3am, the staff was amazing they attended to us well, made sure we were comfortable and even cooked for everyone at that time.The location is serene and neat, not the easiest to find though.The rooms are amazing, big nice bed, clean sheet, nice bathroom, constant power supply, everything works, if you need help you get it immediately.It was a nice and calming experience

The hotel looked beautiful on the outside.The weekend overnight receptionist was pleasant and accommodating.Our room looked appealing at first glance.Our experience, however, deteriorated as our three night stay progressed.Maintenance was lacking: the toilet seat was broken, the bathroom rack was hanging off the wall and our requests for new sheets and towels went mostly unheeded.What sealed the deal of this place was the housekeeper who mopped the bathroom first before bringing the same water into the main room.We will be staying elsewhere when we visit Lagos again.

Nice place. I always opt for traditional food here. The Edikaikong is delicious. The rooms need maintenance though. Things are gradually falling. Like one of the four sockets doesn’t work. The cleaning isn’t too notch either. Found some dust on a drawer, the day I checked in.

Truly international. Elegant place to stay with lots of amenities that you will like. Swimming pool, gym and massage services. The restaurant is superb, tasty and delicious. Free breakfast for all guest. Ambient environment with staff that are casual, friendly and impromptu for their activities.Noting is hundred percent, there is no enough car parking space. The halls are beautiful spacious. Overall rating this place is nice. Even price is ok. Check in and see for yourself.

It has been an incredible experience for me here in Nigeria staying at the Swiss International DPalms with its wide range of food a nice and refreshing pool excellent customer service air conditioning in all areas of the hotel. I give the food a lower rating because the Prawns I ordered was burnt which was a big let down as it had a nice flavour. The club was not too bad expect the fact that there were not much people.

Theres always something disappointing about Swiss Hotel. If its not Dysfunctional AC then its rats in the room. If you dont have to climb to the 4th floor because of a faulty lift; then you may have to manually change the tv because of a lack of remote. If its not intercom not working; then it may be WC not flushing; if you escape from all of that; pray that they dont serve you peppersoup with a fork because if they do, you may have to wait another hour for your spoon to come. What a pity! The place is fine for nothing. Im really very angry as I write this.Their food is tasty though.
