1 star for the firm mattress, just the way I like it. Another star for the air-conditioning in the room, cool, though it leaks water.Bathroom infrastructure needs attention.I accidentally opened the wrong room door with my room key! 😮Ive lodged here on other occasions, the experience was better then than now.The Benin City branches, where Ive also lodged severally, are better, compared to this Lagos branch. An effective manager will improve things.Price is good.

I would say the only good thing here was being able to book a room via their branch in Benin hence the one star. We spent 2 weeks in the Benin branch and thought we would have the same experience which was why we booked with the Lagos branch. Other than that, my experience with this hotel for the one night spent here was very horrible. Zero parking space. The rooms are large but the amenities are falling apart and they dont seem to care. They offered us a room with no bathroom door asking us to manage it with a door mat not minding the water pouring out onto the floor and the danger a wet tiled floor poses. We refused and asked for a different room. Even though we were 2 in the room, they only gave us one towel even after telling them that were 2 in the room, they said they only give one towel. Who does that? Too bad. Zero maintenance culture. The facility is deteriorating rapidly. The curtain in the room fell on my husbands head and he called them to fix it, the porter said he was going to call the handy man but neither of them ever showed up. My husband had to fix it himself. They did not have a complimentary meal which wasnt the case in Benin. We paid for a meal and the restaurant staff was supposed to bring us #300 change but she never did until we forgot and checked out before we remembered it was too late to go back. Their policies and prices are completely different. I will not be using this Lagos branch anymore. There are better ones around that offer 100% better services.

This is more like heaven on earth..Tho, expensive but it is one of the most amazing and beautiful place I have ever been. The rooms are just out of descriptions

Cool environment. I saw this hospitable space during a journey to Jhalobia Parks and Garden. I think its princely located and a good place to lodge.

A cool and cozy place to rest and relax after a long traveling stress. It has no wheelchair access entry, the topography of the land is actually very high, its quite small and has stand by Generators for power supply.

Westview Hotel has been in existences for years and has been accommodating both foreign and local guest. With dues respect to Mr. Kolawole. We saw your comment on the comment section regarding of stolen money. There is a safe box in every room and we have safe keep in the hotel, we are not aware of such money and there was no witness to your claim, yet we still went ahead to report the issue to higher authority/police at Egbeda because the young man that clean the room reside in Egbeda, which is on documentation at Egbeda police station. We will also advised you to check on the company you keep while you were in the hotel rather than coming to media with false claim that one of the staff stole your money. You have been using the hotel for the past years and beside we haven’t heard issues of such with you. Usually, we have guest and organization that have used the hotel in the past and still using the hotel. If there is any issue, we will find a solution to that rather than destroying the company image will not help issues. The case is still on investigation

I stayed at this hotel this past December beginning Friday, the 6th December. On Monday December 9th while I was out one of the hotel cleaners assigned to clean my room ransacked by luggages and stole $2000. He never cleaned the room, escaped from the hotel premises with the hotel uniform and never returned. The hotel management identified the employee, concluded that he did indeed steal the money but would not accept any responsibility. The management, being aware that I was visit from America engaged in tactics to stall until I would leave the country. They claimed they reported the case to the Egbeda precinct miles away from the location of the hotel when they could have reported to the Ajao estate location within walking distance. The manager even admitted to Ajao estate precinct later that she was more interested in recovering their uniform, not my money. She questioned why the Ajao estate police was aresting her eventhough the owner of the money had left the country, a clear evident that she was simply stalling till I would leave. I like to warn future guests visiting from outside Nigeria to stay away from this hotel. The hotel seems to target foreign guests for this activity, and doesnt make any apologies.

At least there was warm water in the showers and the ac was operational. Bed sheets were clean, beer cold - what more could you want?🙂

If youre looking a budget accommodation around airport especially international (MMA -LOS), this will work for you. Environment is very ok. Location is directly on airport road which makes it quite advantageous. Fitness center great. Meals are cool with a good mix of local and contemporary dishes. Rooms are on point. Services are equally commendable. Nice place.

I am sorry It was a terrible experience a night mare.we ordered a meal and received the wrong meal at nightWe were harassed with series of unnecessary phone calls in the morning.in the morning we ordered breakfast but were ejected out of our room at the dot of 12 noon so could not eat our mealwe requested for assistance to take our luggage down stairs. And that was not passed on to the man incharge by the front desk staffEven as we left the hotel the staff sat at the front desk and watched us leave without a word.We expressed our dissatisfaction with their treatments there was no apologies.We thanked them no response.What a way to run a business.Horrible staff .Some training of your staff on hospitality, interpersonal relations and politeness may help.

I stayed for two nights at this hotel, first night was cool paid with POS, second day was not sleeping but paid so I can rest before my flight,paid twice with POS Was debited twice they said they didnt see the Money I. Their account, collected my account details and promised that the transactions will be reversed,but they insisted I paid cash before I left that evening and I know they will rent that room out.i paid 39 thousand naira for a room of thirteen thousand naira that I didnt sleep.no network in the room I stayed.wont ever go there again and wont recommend it.

I was meant to lodge in the hotel beside them but somehow the driver brought me here and I only noticed when I was at the door.Fair service, it took almost forever for my meals to get to me, then the staff are quite courteous, the internet did not work through our my stay. There was a MTN downtime and all their services relied on MTN.A 4/5,
