Nice hotel in a good location. Neat, fairly well maintained, tasty meals and good Wifi.I called the hotel about my reservation beforehand and got a very good service from the front desk. Much thanks to Mr. Jones.Though courteous, the room service isnt so great. Prepare for delays and mixed orders, because sometimes they forget. Curiously, they dont accept tips! Company policy. Drinks are a bit pricey.

I was only at the hotel for isolation (confined to my room). However, when you order coffee with your breakfast, all you get is sachet instant coffee - they expect you to heat the water for the coffee by yourself.The staff are generally very courteousThe WiFi is strong when available (but it goes off and on).Looks like parking will be a big challenge especially if the hotel is full.

Do not be deceived by the pictures, the first thing wrong is the phone number on their site is not theirs. The AC in the room is not adequate, breakfast was hell, I would not give that to my dog. And please please do not make deposits more than what you will use as your refund would not be paid untill you pay them a visit, remember they dont have a working phone number. My worst hotel experience in Lagos so far.

For starters,the location is great as it is situated right in the business district of Victoria island.Its a bit pricey,you can understand why.You can tell the staff were trying their best to give excellent service but not as much as youd get elsewhere.The ambiance wasnt bad.They need a new elevator as the one there makes you feel like youre in a plane experiencing heavy turbulence.Lighting in the hotel is very poor.Laundry service needs improvement,no record of items taken or a form filled to indicate what you giving out to laundry.The worse of all was from the restaurant.Maybe they were overwhelmed by the amount of people that occupied the hotel at once.Food took forever to get to the room,though the meals were generally good. The air conditioning in the few rooms I entered including mine were ineffective. WiFi was superb.Thumbs-up.

Its inner building and room offers luxury services to its client. i could remember one of my visits to this hotel, i had a wonderful experience its quality of services. You surely would not regret trying them out.

Its one of the best budget hotels that offer alternative luxury lodging experience. Located in a serene environment and not so big, the hotel still delivers in terms of facilities and secure. Theres constant power supply, thanks to the twin power generating sets installed.

A place where I feel like home, where the personnel is so caring, so warm and welcoming... a quiet and peaceful place in VI. Easy to find and to access. No much traffic. Lovely hotel! I recommend.

The reception is quite calm, the lightening needs to be improved, attention to details in rooms required.The rooms should be properly disinfected. A great customer service experience I had & they appreciate how guests are treated as Kings & Queens.

Serene Environment

This hotel is quite comfortable and the staff are very attentive to your needs always asking for feedback to know where improvements can be made. The room comes with a complimentary breakfast and there is a cosy home size swimming pool for use by lodgers. This hotel is suitable for family hideout or couple hideout. It is situated smack in the middle of town but you dont hear the noise from outside. Its averagely classy and boasts of ensuring you enjoy your stay. The staff are particularly friendly and helpful right right from arrival up to your departure. I like that the Porter system works here and theres an assistant to help you with your bags so you dont have to struggle when you try to check in. Check in is pretty seamless as as well. Id recommend and if I do say my 4-star is appropriate for this hotel.

Chesney hotel has wonderful and courteous staff. However theres a lot to be said about the overall management of the hotel.It was shocking to find that they had no toilet rolls in the convenience because they were out of stock and I had to make do with a pack of serviette papers that was provided 😊.Also, the tiles by the pool side had water seeping through them which is quite unsafe as I had to watch my steps carefully.I came back after breakfast to meet a cleaner in my room without notice! Apparently cleaning starts from 9am and they come into your room with or without your consent since they have their own key. Communication is important. It would have made a huge difference to me if I had been informed at the point of checking in that there would be an invasion of my privacy for the purpose of house keeping.

Nice, serene, cozy hotel. And yea!!! There is Buffet for breakfast and nice foods to get your day started. Their Ice-cream, Pizza and fries are amazing!!! what bliss!!!

Small hotel. Not bad for the price you pay and the staff is courteous and polite. Dont have the best meals but not too bad either. Dont have a proper gym but there are 2 treadmills and fooda bike 😄. They however have a swimming pool.Update: Food has improved greatly both in options available and the taste.

The receptionist looked confused. First I had to wait for about 30 mins before being checked in. Said I had to wait for them to have network. Secondly, Afterwards, they tried the POS and it failed, she just passed me my card and said failed, as if I should carry my bag and go back. I was displeased.Thirdly, their generator didnt seem to work well,kept going off and on. the reception was hot, the room was stuffy and smelt of mildew. The room looked bland, nothing special
