The hotel is really basic but acceptable especially considering the price theyre charging for rooms. It seems like a family run business and the people in charge are all really nice. The place lacks a signboard so finding it is slightly tricky even once youre on the street. But if you ask anyone around theyre able to point you to the hotel.

Good hotel. Calm and peaceful.Youll get a good night sleep, if thats your aim.For more premium services, you may need to look somewhere else. That said, the prices here are quite affordable.

I love the food and the fact you can wat h football while you eat. You can also rent rooms for days also and good customer services

Poor. No soap no dstv no even socket to charge my phone no security and a rude attendant. Beaten seriously by hungry mosquitoes. The rooms are unkempt. AC not working. Well, to be fair to them I paid 7k for a night there. The facility should be refurbished ASAP.

This is not a place people should go to stay...the bedsheets were dirty, broken windows, rooms were scatteredIt is not even registered....no certificate....insecurity at its peakNo security man at the gate....to make matters worse... the receptionist is very rudeI almost slapped her that day...I couldn’t pass a night with what I saw....I had to stay somewhere else...BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE!!!!!!PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!!

Very good budget hotel with well behaved staffs. No restaurant but have some good eateries around. Very clean rooms and environment. Discreet and well secured premises in a gated and well secured street. Its more than okay for the low budget guest. I enjoyed my one month stay in Cosmic Guest House.

Rooms were worst never seen those kind of rooms in my entire life, security was zero was scared for my life throughout the night. That shouldnt be a house talkless of guesthouse

Very local...improvised hotel (any statement like that) and no signagea to show that you are at the guest house. This is more like a residential home than a guest house.

Horrible. No water heater. No Air conditioners, TV doesnt work. Only one functioning power socket, the others dont work. No intercom. No refrigerator. Never going there again!
