THE HOTEL NEEDS TOTAL RENOVATION!!!FROM THE FRONT DESK TO THE RESTAURANT THE AC ARE NOT WORKING AT ALL, INFACT I WAS SERIOUSLY SWEATING WHEN I WAS EATING INSIDE THE RESTAURANT TODAY.THE ROOMS ARE NOTHING TO WRITE OFF!!THE HEATER INSIDE THE BATHROOM ARE NOT WORKING, THE SHOWER 🚿 IS BAD, INTER CALL IS NOT WORKING, INFACT THEY CHANGE MY ROOM UP TO 5TIMES.THE ELEVATOR IS NOT WORKING INFACT IT HAS NEVER BEEN WORK BEFORE IT WAS JUST THERE FOR DECORATION.WHILE CHANGING ROOMS FOR ME I WAS WALKING THE STAIRS UP AND DOWN.PLEASE MANAGEMENT WORK ON YOUR HOTEL RENOVATE IT YOU ARE PUSHING OUT YOUR GUEST INCASE YOU DONT KNOW THANK YOU.

One of the best places to lodge and hangout in Lagos. So many people...fine babes, good gym to exercise...and the instructors are well prepared. Their pool side is lovely for swimming and you can easily make friends too.

The bar garden is spacious, nice ambiance and competitive prices. A major drawback is the lack of live band music which would have greatly made the place more enjoyable.

This hotel has seen very good times and bad times as well. And through it all it has come out strong. The hotel has a branch in Abuja that is structured alike. Facilities include a swimming pool of upto 12ft deep that is available for both lodgers and walk-in swimmers at N1,000. Doesnt seem to me as well maintained through. There is a gym likewise available for lodgers and non lodgers. Different gym plans are available, call in for that. There is d Almighty Rita Lori bread, loved by all. The bar is usually packed especially for Fridays. Believe it or not service here is at its peak, that accounts for the crowed here.The club in here used to b crazy good. With lots of take away girls outside to select from.Oh I forget to say.There are a million grubs u can use outside from other small sellers.

Nice, clean premises with professional and friendly staff. Stayed in the deluxe room for two nights and there was electricity round the clock and good lighting in the room.Theres WiFi and complimentary breakfast (tea and 1 toast).Only issue i had was the air conditioning would make a noise every now and then because water was dripping onto its back from the floors above. Not enough noise to dampen ones spirit though as i soon became accustomed to it.I will definitely visit this establishment again.

Is quite a historic place. One of the oldest yet still maintaining a commendable level of contemporary feels. You can get a lot of options as regards to a hospitality center ranging from affordable room fares, swimming pool, gym and fitness room, life music, bakery, event Halls, club, dance center, games like snooker, and surprisingly a pharmacy just before the entrance. Quite encompassing and nice.

No hot water. When asked to fix someone came up eventually to try and fix. Heard a bit of banging told that it was fixed. Still no hot water. Was not told that breakfast was complimentary till 10am. Be aware

Very terrible customer service.At first, they didnt want to give me a room because according to them, they dont give rooms to single ladies. After rolling out their terms and conditions, I got the deluxe suite.If I might add, there was absolutely nothing deluxe about the room.The ceiling was already giving way in some places.The water heater wasnt working at all.The bedding wasnt exactly looking neat.No remote control for the TV set or the AC.There was no toiletries provided. No towels, tissue, soap, NOTHING.The porter told me theyd provide it but none came. I called the room service, house keeping and front desk several times, they didnt pick up. Called the number available online over 3 times with at least 20mins interval. Each time, they promised to send it but didnt until I checked out the next morning. The last time I called, I heard yelling at the other end and just didnt bother anymore.Thankfully, I called a friend who helped me make purchases of things I needed and sent to me cos I just didnt bother to ask them anymore.In all, really terrible service.

I love the pool so much, its really deep, 12ft deep. It really blew my mind. I thought i was going to drown if i go to the deep part but i went anyway and i didnt. That was my first experience swimming in a 12ft pool and i loved it.

The customer service is really good. From parking arrangements to the bell boys, to ease of payment. The price point is also very reasonable.Rita Lori rooms, while not luxury accommodations are quite good compared with the pricing, which is between 10k and 20k.Quite notable is the fact that midnight bookings are taken as next day bookings and expire 12pm of the next day!

The night club was so lively, lovely and comfy. I enjoyed hearing the DJ play and they got varieties of booze too :-)

I was at the event centre and it was a blast! The reception hall, the sound system and how it is carefully segmented will wow you.And the cleanliness of the restrooms is commendable.

If you are in Surulere Lagos and you want to listen to a live bank play various kinds of tune, Rita Lori Hotel garden bar is a place to be. The drinks are chilled and you can get goat meat, fish and other finger food. The cost of rooms there is reasonable if you dont want to go home

Its a nice and lively place offering good rooms at reasonable prices.It also has a swimming pool and offers a variety of local meals and snacks to quench hunger whenever it arises.The air-conditioning is also quite good Im all the rooms and bars.It has a club that offers great music, drinks and fun.Its also situated in the heart of surulere which makes it easily accessible.It offers gym services too.The staff are quite efficient and well mannered.

Hotel is now opened for business after several weeks of Covid 19 lockdown directives.

Very horrible hotel. No security. They offer good deals though but its staff are very untrained and unprofessional. I had a terrible experience there where the house keepers two guys kept coming to knock on my door and tried to peep and ear drop in my room. They didnt know I was watching them through the peep holes and I have a video of them through same peep hole. I initially thought they were thieves until I confronted the hotel management with it and they apologised saying the guys work there. I called the police before the management explained that the boys work there. I will never go there again.

Its a very big hotel, but the car park is not in the same compound with the hotel. I dont subscribe to this. But the rooms are fine. If you dont have a car, youre good to go

It manages to fit in to a 3-4 star hotel. Good facilities and sweet ambiance are particular about here. Theres a swimming pool and a fitness center. Overall, its a lovable place to experience a good weekend getaway.

I havent slept in this hotels rooms, but I enjoy its swimming pools. It has 2 pools - a bigger one for adults and another for kids. The pools are not world-class, but are relatively clean. Always packed during the holidays.

Rita Lori is a fancy hotel that is very affordable at a basic level. Theres a pool that is just lovely even though weekends could be crowded but its just 600 Naira to swim till they close and its really nice to go relax there. At night theres a live band that would sound so amazing. You can dance have fun drink a beer eat amazing food and its open whether you are lodged at the hotel or not. Its a must visit if youre in surulere.
