Looks okay, A bit too dark indoors, Almost like you were in a lounge or Club.Interior is just there, The bathroom however looked super clean and nice.It has a spa and other lovely side attractions.Asides that its just okay.

Didnt stay at this facility, but how poorly coordinated they are was very evident in the time I spent at their premises.A hospitality provider that sends you a welcome mail on doing an online reservation and on arrival you are told theres no available room bcos they had walk-in clients who came with money to make payment.What would it cost them to go the extra mile and reach out to the persons who made their reservations online?If you arent gonna gv online reseevations equal importance as walk-in reservations, then stop being online.

A wonderful place away from home located in a quiet and planned community. From the entrance to the reception to the rooms, you wont but fall in love with their services. Spacious rooms, clean toilets and well secured doors and controlled lighting systems. If you want to take a day or two off, I challenge you to visit Box Residence, a place I would go again and again.

Cool hotel in a Serene environment

My very honest review: I rented the 2 bedroom apartment (on Jasper Ike). I wasnt aware in advance that it was not on site which meant a delay in us getting to our final destination. When we asked about where we could get food near our apt, we were told there wasnt anywhere and that we should eat at the hotels restaurant. We later learned this was not true and felt it was a ploy to get our business. We were driven to the apt, which now meant no on site gym or restaurant which I had expected. The desk staff told my son wifi did not come with the rental until I confronted her at which time we were told wed have it by the next day. The apt was nice and clean and on site staff was great. Absolutely NO amenities provided! Not even bath tissue. We arrived in the evening and werent offered a single roll to get us through the night. That was strange. My major issue was a faulty shower system which they attempted to fix unsuccessfully. I was told it was a new issue but I didnt believe that and know that whomever rents it after me will have the same issues. There were other maintenance issues that arose which were dealt with immediately by on site staff which I never mentioned to management. Overall, we were made to feel appreciated and the manager went out if his way to compensate for any problems. I was sad to hear that one of the staff quit the day after we left because of pay issues. He was a hard worker and would do well here in America. If I return I would try the larger apt.

This hotel is such a memorable place, me and my babe and her sis lounged here for 7 days and that whole time we were there we was treated so well by the employees they were all very professional and polite, well trained. Room service was always on point, we never had any problems with them, especially the receptionist there named Kenny, she was the best there , she was mostly the reason why our stay there was nice. So overall the hotel is worth every penny we spent . Will definitely come back here

I stayed at the apartments, not the hotel. Place is okay; neat, round-the-clock electricity, constant security and decent environment.But there are also too many things that would tick you off. The water flow in the house is horrible (smelly and brownish). I dont know if ithas always been like that or just an accident at the time of our stay. The flow also ceases repeatedly, infact too often for comfort. I dont know if they are on public water supply or borehole made for self.To make matters worse, there are no phones in the house to reach out to the Management. The housekeepers visit was so irregular we had to be taking out the trash to dump by ourselves. Box Residence need to do better.

Neat place with very nice rooms the price is a little much but for its location its a normal rate. I would recommend this place for any body going to vfs office because its just a walk away. I like the setup.

Room is quite small for a price of N25,000/night (Standard).Dinner is quite expensive for the meal served. Bathing water not too good. Very friendly, helpful and courteous staff.

Lodged at the Box apartments. Very cool 2 bedroom duplex. Everything worked. And it was clean. The hotel staff were very courteous and responded quickly to any requests. An ideal place if you are coming into lagos with family. You can cook and all. Gas cooker, refrigerator, pots and pans, utensils all available and in good condition.Ok, now to the negatives, and why I docked them 2 starsThe water from the taps is coloured. At best you can say yellow. Most times its brown.The was no cleaning materials in the house. Had to ask for broom and packer, no mops or towels to clean anything. Thats a no no for someone coming with kids. Things will spill or get littered.Then the check in and check out process is less than ideal. You have to check in at the hotel which is 2 streets away and the hotel staff follow you on foot to the Apartments. Then on check out you have to wait till they complete a check list. For someone with an early morning flight to catch, the delay was very annoyingIn all it was an ok experience. One I recommend

This is not a place for someone who wants peace. You will spend over 3 hours waiting for the apartment to be ready. Televisions dont work, heaters dont work, the kitchen is without cooking gas and pots.Surprisingly, what is of major concern to the staff and management is how to avoid paying guests their 35k caution fee. I was forced to leave before my depature date. In all, not a very good experience.

The room was nice but the bathroom area in the studio apartment was and is an apology..It is dirty and very appalling to look at and even have your bath in . The tiles are not for wet floors as it would be very slippery but somehow it ended up as the shower floor.

They are really lazy and you need to remind them about your booking and also never want to clean your room.

Terrible service... the apartments are at a different location and the rooms at another. Arrived with my family, we were referred to the apartments area to see the place then told to go back to the hotel area to pay before coming back again to lodge.
