Its really a comfortable and wonderful place to lodge in not forgetting their excellent customer service from the front desk down to every other staff. The water view is also a great plus. I really enjoyed my stay here and wouldnt mind coming back. Improving your break fast menu would be a nice idea too.

Beautiful and discreet; not everyone realises there is actually a hotel there.Also love its close proximity to cactus restaurant and a great view just few steps away from the hotel.Prompt room service too.The rooms are suites as the name implies; so you feel at home and cozy.Love it ❤

Room is good. Friendly and extremely helpful staff right from the security. Proximity to Cactus gives great variety to what to eat. Breakfast can do with some make over 🙂

Be here if you need a stay on the island....They might not replace your water or coffee after the first day... but they maintain their hotel very nicely.

The Location and view are absolutely fantastic, its as close to the aquatic splendor of Lagos as you can ever dream it. Rooms are spacious and ideal for a night out with your friends.A worthy note of mention is the service from the staff.Every star well deserved and earned

A decent hotel for a reasonable price. Room is fine however the food is not that great. The restroom is very tiny and worst than a Aircraft Lavatory

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY1. The buffet is substandard compared to other notable hotels.2. The swimming pool area has been converted to a restaurant viewside, so hotel guests cant really go swimming because there are no pool chairs3. We paid for a lagoon view room and we got a street view.4. The selection of TV stations were utterly appalling, no proper options, majorly arabic stations.5. The beds were creeking.6. No signboards to show there is a hotel there7. The noise from the traffic is intense

Really amazing place, its quite comfy & homely.I really enjoyed my stay, and the hotel staffs were quite friendly & professional.I think they should work on their car parking arrangements & controllers.But overall its really cool with a lagoon view, nice restaurant/kitchen & swimming pool...Amazing!

Loved the view. Everything about it was great.

It was a relaxing time here. Having a water view room was really worth the extra cost. The view in the morning and night really gave me a vacation feel.There are 2 restaurants to dine in (Salmas and Cactus) and both offer different types of dishes. Both are really good.I would recommend this place to anyone and will definitely visit again.There are COVID-19 safety measures from entry into the Hotel, around the compound and restaurants.

Restaurant services and setup is awesome, standard swimming pool, welcoming staff(s), beautiful view, 24/7 power supply, maximum security, apartment is well furnished and spacious... top 3 apartment in Lagos Nigeria.

Great location. Huge room with flat LED tv and airconditioning working. Even a small kitchenet in the room. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast and dinner. Easy and fast via Uber to several beaches. Supermarket in walking distance.

Valentine Mishap - Took awhile to get checked in. The Porter took us up to a room that sank of cigarette smoke and weed. They had sprayed profuse amounts of air freshener in an attempt to mask the smell. It didnt work and both smells would either make you nauseous or give one a headache. I asked for another room...i wasnt happy when there wasnt one in my range available (admittedly it was vals weekend) as they tried to arm twist me to paying for an upgrade. I refused and asked for a refund. Their pleasant manager however calmed me down and asked me to hold on. I went to have a pleasant meal in their restaurant (Salmas). Amazing food, one of the best in Lagos. The food here is worth the stay in the hotel alone. Luckily whilst we are having dinner, they made up another room for us. It didnt smell as bad. But in a rush...they forgot our bottled water and extra towel. Twas a nuisance. Later we went to the pool for drinks...i was dissapointed with the cocktails and a horrible fried ice cream cake. Lastly next to us were a bunch of poorly unkempt boys...one was smoking a joint...explains lot of public places smelt of weed...it was a case of either I wasnt meant to stay here or those guys shouldnt be there smoking weed..the hotel TV system is a bit of a pain to operate...and fabric seats in the room was not good...you could see stains not unlike semen...very off putting....but the rooms were a really good size, Good acs and decent price for Victoria island.....i would stay there again...hopefully they would have stopped people from smoking weed there..

Great ApartHotel

The stay was ok but they were quick to take money but very had to issue a refund. Promised to issue refund the same day but 4 weeks later after my holiday. Ive been told accountant is on holiday so no refund can be still be done. Extremely diaappointing. Called their staff and manager each week for 5 weeks and Ive been to call back again on monday. When the misery accountant comes back. Very bad customer service and strategy not to issue refund.

3* Hotel...very decent and orderly with multiple offers, the ocean view is excellent and the serene environment enviable...very good for family hangout by the pool side, and also for private doings....the place di very okay...

Nice view, if you book a sea facing room. Good location. Breakfast options a bit limited. Nice service people, especially Dominic. Beds also really comfy, although the furniture is generally quite dated. Location is great for getting to fun spots around the Island.

Check in was quick,and very professional. The staff was AWESOME!! The breakfast was very good with several breakfast choices. Rooms were clean and very spacious. I will be coming again when Im in Nigeria.

Wonderful serene place to stay.. the pool side/lagoon front bar clinched it for me. With courteous and prompt waiters.The room are also spacious and a real surprise for me is how they managed to shield the obvious noise coming from the ever-busy Ozumba Mbadiwe road.I enjoyed my stay here.

Its a cool and serene facility, ideal for weekend getaway,family trips or business. It has a restaurant that serves both local and intercontinental cuisine. The staff are courteous and offer excellent services.

Beautiful in and out. A place to be for honeymoon or simply relax. Serene environment. I love it.

Bait and switch advertising. If you dont get a room with the lagoon view, the noise from the traffic on Ozumba Nbadiwe will drive you crazy even from the 6th floor. The junior suite is well laid out, separating the livingroom from the bedroom, it looks like a one bedroom apartment. The staff are well trained and accommodating.

Rooms are spacious,its in the heart of Victoria Island, wake up in the morning to the view of the sea(dont know if its the sea...but its definitely not a river or a lake) or ozumba traffic

I will most definitely stay here again. Its so clean and cosy. The food is absolutely delicious. The staff are so welcoming and helpful. WiFi is inclusive. The poolside is modern and has a lovely view of the lagoon. Me and my girls had a great time. You also feel very safe as its gated with helpful security and staff. Also ladies, there is adequate lighting for doing you makeup in the evening.

I loved the service especially! All the workers knew who I was and really showed professional hospitality. The studio suite is so comfortable and I felt like I was in my own apartment.

Good food and good staffs but sometimes if you are a foreigner you might not really like some of the food they serve at breakfast 🥣. But there are two good restaurants just in the compound so you have nothing to worry about.

Big room, Polite staff. Security is not tight enough. Their towels are very old and brown, they need to overhaul the whole towel department and shop new towels. Their bathroom is so small with broken tiles everywhere. Their sanitary ware also needs to changed. Lobby is nice and cozy but I won’t be coming back to the hotel unless of course they update their beddings, fix the broken bathroom tiles and change their towels.

Good hotel, road side rooms suffer a bit from the noise on the road. Basic furnishing. Breakfast is 3.5. The big win is being able to order food from cactus to your room.

Great hotel. If you need a driver, ask for D1. The front desk set us up with him for the week and he made our trip truly amazing and so much easier.

Good: The rooms are pretty large and very worthy of being called suites. The dining and poolside are just by the water side and very lovely.Bad: Prices are quite on the high side. Service is amateurish at best. The bathrooms could do with an upgrade.
