Very nice and decent.Excellent interior arrangements of room and well beautified for unusual lodgers/travellers.

Decent prices, nice rooms, the least price being 20,000(twenty thousand)Naira. It’s also situated in VI, and you can easily commute to all the enjoyment places on the island. A great hotel in all, perfect for a low budget stay.

Need to work on fumigating the bathrooms especially…but it’s a nice ambiance.

Its okay for an emergency lodging and short term stay. Its on a small property. The room was moderate and it had the basic hotel room facilities.

Last time I visited was Feb 2020...a whole new look & upgrade! amazing ambience in the afternoon and night... definitely revisiting soon

Spacious and adequately equipped. The island heights is located in the heart of the busy island. Convenient.It could do with some better colours but the good services by far outweigh color preference.A lot of construction is going on around the place as at June, 2019.A good place for meet up, their bar and game area is airy and serene.

Im giving this a 5-star because of the serenity, service friendliness of staff all for an affordable price. I spent 2 nights in the standard room & I was pleasantly surprised to have my room already chilling after a tired day.The hotel also let my friends change after I was out during the day and they were also treated nicely. I will definitely revisit once I get the next chance

Due to the small car park and the one of the bathroom facilities not working in the room I lodged, I am giving it 3 stars.Although the staffs and the workers are very hospitable and ready to assist at a moments notice.The atmosphere is also very quiet and the environment very neat.

Very Beautiful

This boutique hotel has potential but does not have the right or a visionary management. I ended my stay with a love and hate feeling. The price is right for the location and the size of hotel, but the amenities are in a serious state of disrepair but with a keen eye, one can see the possibilities. So unfortunately, I cannot recommend Island heights hotel as a hotel of choice. I gave 2 stars simply because my bed provided the right support which really helped my sleep. Every other amenity was in a deplorable state.

The hotel has a nice serene and tranquility aura to it, with room relatively affordable and also comfortable for singles or couple. Its also located within close proximity to social scenes like popular nightclubs and bars on the island. Also boast of a standard gym equipment geared towards muscles building.

It was a cool place to lounge on a Sunday evening. I took my wife for a baby shower organized by her friends and it was all fun. The karaoke was fun and the menu...OMG!I enjoyed a world cup match with a sumptuous meal.

The hotel needs to beef up their facilities. the internet wasnt working. there was no toothbrush & toothpaste and it was raining. i had to enter under the rain to look for toothbrush and toothpaste.. no housecoat, no shower cap...Its not a place for long stay..maybe one night stay.

This place needs good customer service...for an inn or hotel, it sure lacks creativity and the personal need to up their game. Also heard some complaints from fellow colleagues about this same place. Wish them well though

The Island Heights Hotel is a hotel I stayed this weekend in Lagos. Being in this hotel was like being home away from and coupled with the amazing time I had with my fellow campus ambassadors, this has to be my best weekend in Lagos so far.

I do my Zumba work out sessions there most Saturdays. Serene environment and beautiful decorative flowers.Had breakfast once here and it was just there. The management really need to train their staff. Had unpleasant experience with one in one of my visits. No warm welcome, just frowned faces.

The village arena which is beind the hotel have very affordable meals on ground. You can spend as low as N700 and be fed to the brim.

Quiet and peaceful lodging on Victoria Island. Not the best of hotels. Personally didnt enjoy my stay there. Modest lodging but expensive for its class.
