Run like the civil service of a failed state. Appears like nothing is ever done.Girl at the front desk was chewing gum like she was a brothel receptionist. The other one looked like she was hungry. How in heavens name can a company that sells air-conditioning be so hot with all air-conditioners not working?A man came in fuming. He bought a faulty chest freezer and customer care had been promising him they would come over to fix it but didnt come for weeks.Bad first time experience for me.

A very unique environment and well trained staff and well arranged security.

I purchase a Haier thermocool refrigerator and within 17months it has gone in for repairs. The last one is over 10 weeks and my refrigerator has still not been delivered even after the replacement approval. They are pushing us to the dealers and recently not responding to their calls. The product is VERY DEFECTIVE, so I need my money back considering next week is Xmas.

It is tracking distance from Oshodi Isale. It is a very big building in an industrial environment.I was there twice and the environment was serene with very low level of traffic. The staffs were pleasant and accommodating.
