It was exciting for me to be at the Konga Headquarters in Lagos. A very massive warehouse.I walked the length ànd breadth of their facility.Amazing staff, workers and drivers.I took pictures but lost them, feel so bad Rai nau 🥺😭

Courteous and friendly staff, ample parking area, neat and clean surroundings. Being in an industrial area Makes for easy movement as the roads are extra wide, well maintained with minimal traffic

Its easy to get to konga from computer village. And quite cheap. Just take a brt from Ikeja park going to ogba. You would pass the T junction where the konga office is located. Going back from konga, you simple board a bus going back to computer village for N100. The place is very big and spacious. The way to the customer service section is quite exhausting because of the large expanse of space in the location but the inside is quite relaxing and comfortable. The receptionist is very cordial and receptive. The staffs are friendly and the security personnels are well trained and very kind. I was able to resolve the issue I had and needed resolved within a short time with adequate help from konga staff. Thumbs up

At konga the customer relationship was cool, they addressed us swiftly and there was no queue at all. The whole place was very organised.You can easily identify the place when you pass through the road because of big and boldly erected structure that reads Konga.

Ive been to their collection centre once before. Apparently, there is a time limit for holding items that have been delivered but there was no notification about that.I made a fuss which they took kindly, they apologised and although I still had to come back, they were polite about it.I like the fact that items can be purchased right there as well.
