Worst delivery system ever. 2hours after an order,I still have not received my food. Will soon be closing from work. No cancel order feature on website or app. 30 more mins before I leave for my home,there is no way Im collecting that food when Im just about to go home.

On 4 July 2020, their rider hit my car at Chevron junction, Lekki-Epe, Lagos. Due to the fact that we were causing significant traffic at that junction, I asked him for his companys contact number and that we leave the middle of the road to the side if the road. He gave me a fake phone number and as I was clearing to the side of the road, he fled the scene. I contacted Gokada via their website company and was given a number to a call. I did and wss asked that I send a picture, which I did. Till date I have had no follow up call. That is very disturbing and unprofessional. As unfortunate as the situation is, it is not surprising that a well known Nigerian company like will be informed of their staffs shenanigans on the road and do nothing.
