Great place for long distance transport services. Been consistently improving over the years, even though I noticed a slight drop in the quality of their service this time. Still a great place though.

First of, Kudos to them, the place truly is a terminal, the maintenance, attentiveness of the staffs, departure and boarding board, its all so lovely BUT I didnt know that there were different prices for different terminals, that was how I mistakenly found myself in the GIG Jibowu terminal and found out that the price I budgeted, budgeted because I saw it online o! was only good for the Yaba terminal! What?!

When it come to transport services, they are too notch. The best.

Not perfect but just about the best. The only issue is that the have a very limited coverage of the Nigerian map. They are almost non operative in the northern part of Nigeria

Their buses are fully Air Conditioned, their drivers are competent and not reckless. God is Good provides a good customer relation and service. Affordable and efficient. They provide Insurance offer for your logistics in case of misplacement in transit.

Its a wonderful transport company to travel with. I traveled with them from Lagos to Abuja. The Jet bus is condusive and well furnished, fitted with a mini media player on every seat that makes the journey a great experience. The driver was cauteous and maintain speed limit along the journey. It was a great experience if you cannot afford flight

GIGM isnt time conscious... they lack communication with their clients. You cant always keep people hanging for whatever reasons without addressing it to them. Its crazy. How can u keep a client for 6:45am wait till 8:01 from ph to Yaba without communicating with me.... Like that management sucks.Secondly, your mobile app, please work on it. Trying to book Is always a problem at my end. I always have to refer a friend to do my online booking. I have reported this issue twice to their management in Lagos, obviously, no one listens.Enjoy my 3 star ratings.

Im not pleased with the attitude of the workers and their love for money. Imagine you are to pay N950 and youre told its N1000. You are being charged for luggage that is kept in the boot of the vehicle that you are traveling with.Thats no a good thing to expect from a transport company with a good reputation.This is my humble opinion from my experience.Thanks

The transport company isnt perfect but they have over the years kept up with improving the transportation systemFrom the buses, to the drivers training and speed control.The ticketing system and coordination is great.Theres still a lot to get doneYou might want to dress light and hold a jacket because some of the buses have poor air conditioning while other have good ones (you never know)Theres been some new addition to the buses they run with. They have monitors on every seat with headphone plugs and USB. It was a cool experience. Ill leave some photos. Pretty impressive

God is Good Motors is a transport service that offers reliable, affordable and comfortable transport service to the Eastern and Northern parts of Nigeria. They also offer courier services through the God is Good logistics service to many parts of the country. The buses service can be booked online through their website or mobile app. The buses are air-conditioned and the speed limit for the drivers is about 100km/h ensuring that the drivers do not over speed unnecessarily. Theres TV in some of the buses to entertain the passengers as they enjoy their trip to their destination. The passengers are accounted for with the manifest and at strategic location along the route, theres a constant check of the manifest by staff stationed at those location. The logistics service is very efficient as they deliver their packages on time. In some part of the home, they do home delivery to the recipients and some some parts of the country, the package can be picked up at their station in the state.

Customer service is what youd typically expect from a transport company, but considerably worse, at least from my experience. Theres also the very real chance of being forced into a vehicle so different and inconvenient compared to the one you book. This has happened to me 3 times. And Ive only used their service 5 times ever. However, a common perk of the company is that theyre recognised and trusted to a certain level and often get out of unnecessary checkpoints on the road. If you dont want your time wasted on the road, theyre a sure bet. Enjoy.

I didnt like it because I paid 11200 for a journey from lagos to Auchi and I was dropped midway and I was given 1500 to continue the journey on my own without any assistance. God is good Motors scammed of extra 2500 and I was left stranded

Yet another amazing experience.Started off with the bus leaving the park with just 5 passengers just because its the policy of GIGM to leave at the exact stated time. Others would have waited for the bus to be filled to capacity ggrrr the wait can be so annoying. Driver was very friendly,smart and cautious.In all it was a beautiful trip.

It was a nice ride and a nice clean bus vehicle but I was harassed by the people outside the gates and called names that shouldnt be heard by children. They wanted my money or my lighter. They even act like they were going to hurt me but I went inside. This is not good business for the company when American people are harassed.

Nice place to send goods to all location within and outside country. Also, there are other parks around here such as peace mass transit, the young shall grow, bonny way transport, GUO, chisco, perfect line and the rest.

I had the worst experience today with this transport line from a faulty bus, to an irresponsible Manager to an intentional delay.A trip to Owerri scheduled for 7:45am from Jibowu finally kick started at 12pm. We first had a faulty bus just in front of their Terminal at Jibowu. The driver (Captain Ngige) was even a bit reluctant to call for a change of bus... he had so much faith that his bus could be fixed.On arrival of the Manager on ground he only could give one of the passengers his number after they had done their abrakadabra on the bus. Ignoring our calls for a change of bus.He didnt even address the passengers atleast to apologise. Rather he went to buy food. Like that mattered more than his job.Low and behold this bus got to toll gate and experienced the same problem.. it took 2hrs 30mins for another bus to get to us...Even on our way we saw another of their faulty bus with passengers going to akwa ibom. Begging our new driver to please pick 2 of his passengers.Nobody wants to get to their destination at night... But GIG Jibowu has put us in that situation with their mismanagement.I sincerely would never had thought it has gotten this bad with GIG motors. From the management to the motor boys ALL IRRESPONSIBLE.In a civilised clime, a compensation would be given. Thank God I did say civilised clime

I stopped using them for a while. When they started misbehaving. But my trip recently with them was much better. They left 7:10am unlike the day they live by 9:00am and I got to Aba by 5:30pm

Excellent service, courteous staff, especially the security, ticket officers and their drivers. The drivers that took me to and from Aba from Jibowu, Lagos on Saturday, 26th June to Aba, and Monday 28th June from Aba demonstrated professionalism in their work. So, God is Good Motors is quite good!

GIGM is a logistics company with topnotch services. Their terminals are beautiful especially Jibowu terminus. Their buses are comfortable, fully air-conditioned, with enough leg space, charging port and mini screens for individual entertainment. Social distancing was also duly observed. Though fare is higher than industry standards but its worth it in my own opinion.

Great place to book your trip to any part of Nigeria by road. Their buses are fully air-conditioned and comfortable. They also operate logistic services for packages all over Nigeria. The ambience is great and provision is made for disabled travellers too. The only draw back is they have a small parking space for visitors.

GIG is definitely up there with their service delivery when it comes to logistics. Their organized approach to operation is pleasant and I must commend their personnel especially those at jibowu terminal, they are excellent in the discharge of their duties.

So i booked the 7:45am bus from yaba park a day before my trip and paid online. On the day of trip,the bus park isnt even an actual bus park, there was no bus, a rickety bus finally arrived at about 10am. It had holes where the A.C vent should have been. So we were in the heat all through the journey.

GIGM Jibowo is an exceptionally comfortable vehicle park. It has a lot of seats and spaces to ensure that COVID-19 protocols are effectively maintained, and people dont queue too closely to each other. Additionally, you could make use of the good parking space for guests to avoid any incidences of traffic violation.

Departure time is not really departure time. There was a time when they respected departure time regardless of how many passengers they had. Not so anymore. Departure is any time from 30mins even up to 1hr after advertised.Well, at least on my trips, they are careful on the road.
