Libra motors terminal has always been my favorite company for traveling, logistics and waybill, theyre disciplined and customer friendly you wont regret traveling with them.

It was fun but roads are very bad coming from Owerri to Lagos. All the same, I give God all the glory for journey mercy.

Libra Okota office is my favorite lounge before take off each time I want to embark on a road trip to the East from Lagos. I like the fact that the staff are professional and considerate with a real touch of humanity in the discharge of their duties. The drivers are equally well trained and experts at what they do. Nice transport company to ride with.My only problem with them is that they dont go to Abuja yet, and I cant wait for the day they kick off Abuja trips.

Todays own was fast, the crowd was much. But they did well settling everybody in 👍

The Libra Motors Terminal along Okota road Ago, is a well built out bus station with modern facilities. It affords good and enough seating arrangement for passengers waiting to board their buses as well as those in line sorting out their bookings.The staff are courteous and very helpful. I recommend Libra Motor to anyone traveling to the south east. Did I add that their buses have very good ACs.

Fair customer service... Needs improvement. Poor time management skills. I have on two different occasions taken some persons to travel with Libra and on both occasions, the trip was delayed... They have president left hours past the advertised departure time.They however have an amazing logistics arm. My challenge with this is the coverage area... More areas should be added to increase competitive advantage.

COVID 19, protocol was strictly adhered to, the booking and boarding system is fast,the driver was friendly and has knowledge of the road.

We almost went back home, even after getting there as early as before 7am. Why? Because there was no bus. But before we left after waiting for a long while, bus came. Its usually a reliable transport company, unsure what happened then. Also, we had to wait at another park for a while as well, waiting to pick up passengers, because the bus wasnt full, that took an extra hour and a half. My last encounter wasnt great Ill admit, but all in all, its a good company. The AC was on through out the journey, and the seating arrangement was relatively comfortable (for me though).

A great company that has progressively evolved. Theyre not there yet but youll see the steady growth and improvement. Usually a long queue but the ticketing officers try to manage per time. Their book ahead ticketing options makes boarding easier. Fares are quite competitive. Sometimes waiting lounge is not so conducive because of the number of passengers boarding and buying tickets.

This is my first time of traveling through libra motors and before our bus take off to ABA was by 10a.m which its not ought to be so meanwhile I bought our tickets 6:35 a. m and not just that , the time is 9:05 an the driver transload can us to another AGBURU BUS going to ABA, after a heavy aggument HE WANTED TO ABOUNDON AND MY OLD AGEN MOTHER and go his way BUS NUMBER 433 in all , will I still enter Libra motor again? After this incident.

If youre looking for comfort and high level professionalism, I would recommend Libra motors. However, they cut it for affordability

The park has a fairly decent parking space and a medium departure lounge with seats and entertainment.Cash and card payments are accepted here.A fair customer service that can be improved upon.Interestingly, the fare is usually a little higher than what obtains in their other parks.Youll equally find good logistic service here especially for interstate deliveries.

The attitude and excesses of one of the ladies at the ticketing counter need to be checked. She talks to passengers rudely and without respect, Sir, in this modern-day Nigeria, awfully and unprofessional exhibition of arrogance and incompetence, is unacceptable and not good to the brand image of the corporate entity, Libra Motors.

A decent Motor garage of Libra. Courteous attendants. Vehicles run on schedule. Decent and polite drivers that keep to road speed limits. Comfortable buses with air conditioning system. Good and comfortable way to travel across the country.
