On multiple occasions had problem with undereducated and confused staff of company West Port, which is solving boarding process for Turkish Airlines in Lagos. Representstives of West Port are making their own boarding rules and without any knowledge or legitimity try to decide which passager is allowed to board plane or not while they google information on visa policies from random ilegitimate sources. They make their own theories on visa policies and are ignoring real state and legislation. Staff of Westport attempts to apply their misinformation on the passangers. Had problem multiple times, and was only at side of Westport. Elsewhere the issue has been non existent. Wesport company shall be not alloved to process boarding for TA. They have worst service and staff tries to harass passangers based on their dreams and nonsensr which is madeup by themselves. Taking legal action for harassment and caused distress.
