Great office of a great Qatar airlines. 11th floor of Standard Chartered Bank in front of Silver Bird gallery. Attentive staff and great service in total.

On site customer service superb, online not so great. Need better liaison between their Contact centre (based abroad) and their Lagos office. Contact centre gives one quote, Lagos office another. Lagos office needs to respond to emails faster too.

I only wish their website carries all the information needed and the customer care line is active, that would save one the stress of coming to the office just to make enquiries.

The front desk officer was cautious and ready to assist but for an HR person who lied; Email sent over a week was neither read nor replied until we arrived the office.She wasnt professional because she left us in the reception and never returned. Issue wasnt resolved

Located at the topped floor or standard chartered bank, along ahmedu belloway in Victoria Island. Premier location, clean, the security is tight and really observing social distancing, sanitizers are placed inside the premises...theres also free water, which is good enough for an office.

Covid 19 protocols were duly observed
