Everything is well organized.But one thing I observed is how the securitys keep harrasing motorist that are just main to drop off and leave.

Worst airlines!! They always delay their flights never on time this is not the first time that happens. Very old planes! The manger tried to put us on earlier flight but it was full. Do not recommend this airlines!

This is the domestic take off point for flights taking off from the murutala muhammed airport domestic terminal 2. It is utilized by airlines such as air peace, overland air ways, arik air and others.The toilet is functional and they have a bidet. You can always get a hot cup of tea and some pastries or food if you desired in the shops around. Dont fret if your flight is delayed , stayed entertained by reading books available to be bought if what is being aired on the television isint to your liking.Feel free to grab a gift for your loved onea( perfumes, beautiful clothes and lots more).

Some of the staff were initially rude but eventually requested for money😳, also my flight was delayed. I gave 4 stars because of the ambience and neatness of the hall.

Service was quick and the attendants were quite friendly. Everything looks well organized to an extent.Ill just say satisfactory.

Not much information signs for new people coming for the first time. Nice and well cultured attendants.

A well kept hall. Services by the airline has improved considerably. But the airport touts trying to make money off you have not. The taxi service appear chaotic most times.

Arik Air in my experience has the best customer service yet, on ground and definitely on air. Never experienced a delayed flight with them yet.Had a glitch on their site during one ticket booking and called customer services, it was resolved in less than 13 hours and got my tickets.Lastly, their boarding actually starts 30 mins before take off, dont make the mistake of arriving the airport 30 mins to your flight, you might miss it.
