A really nice place. Quiet environment, with good security as it is situated in a residential estate. I enjoyed my stay here. Great customer service with friendly staffs. The rooms, equipped with modern equipments are well conditioned and always kept clean. I surely felt at home and really comfortable for the whole duration of my stay.If you require privacy, vacation or getaways I highly recommend POSH Apartments.

It’s a very poor place. The water heater wasn’t working even when I complained they didn’t fix it. I was stained and needed to bath urgently. Had to use wipes to clean up and wait till the next day to check out.The WC wasn’t flushing . I also complained and they didn’t fix it still. My stay here was miserableTheir staffs are not friendly at all.I don’t recommend this place at all

Low budget accommodation. What you get commensurates your payment in Ikeja, a high brow side of Lagos. Dont be deceived by all the tushed pictures please. Hotel to learn to respect agreement reached with their partner, booking.com. A situation where you are forced to pay higher rate different from what you got online and booked for, is pretty unprofessional. No nasty experiences with the people though.

The Staff are really saucy. Including the manager. Ibooked the biggest room and it was supposed to feel like home. There were pots and pans and a cooker and other utensils, even plates. But no cutlery to eat. We four table knives in the room. No spoon. No fork. We called the kitchen to ask for cutlery and they said we had to buy food from the restaurant to be given cutlery. Can you beat that? We reached the front desk and they said the same thing. What was the use of getting all those stuff in the room to make it feel like home if you cannot provide cutlery? It made absolutely no sense. They said guests take their spoons away so they stopped giving cutlery. Cutlery? Put of how much that is paid for a room you cannot afford even plastic cutlery because people take them away????And like I said before, they have very rude staff. Its like all of them are short fused.

If there was anything lower than zero I will rate this hotel with it, I arrive the place only to realise my room as been given out the receptionist was of no good after staying outside for over two hours I have to go look for another accommodation elsewhere to stay that night, the manager was no where to be found overall everything there was abysmal and poor, will never visit there again or recommend.

Terrible wifi and room service staff.Wifi doesnt work or is ridiculously slow.Room service staff does not respect privacy, they use their key card to gain access into your room without knocking.

Great place. And by that I mostly mean nice staff. My shower had an issue and I complained but Id certainly be going back there.

The experience was disappointing. First off, my reservation was cancelled because I checked in after 3pm. I called and messaged the hotel prior to checking in, to inform them of my lateness but there was no response from them. They told me they only had a #14,000 room per night available. I had no other choice so I went with it. The room was disappointing! It looked so unkempt (as you would see in the pictures). There were no towels, tea facilities and the wifi also didnt work - a nightmare! I definitely WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Service was sloppy. Internet was advertised and yet none existent. An attendant insisted on convincing me that I could use a password to connect to a none secure internet network provided by the hotel, which by the way didnt even show up in my room.The food is hopeless, dont bother to buy food there. The couldnt even provide me a cup of tea!My happiest moment was leaving for the airport by 5am!

Nice location👍🏾... not so great service delivery😤, takes too long to deliver food😒 but the food looks good when it arrives... tastes nice? You’d have to try it out yourself... noise and smoke pollution from guests... did I say great location?🤷🏾‍♀️

Terrible place, Ill rather sleep under ikeja bridge than go here again... Rats entering your room, mosquitoes everywhere, youll have to call room service to get water in your room, kitchen service is terrible with overpriced items, old AC that sound like generators and dont cool... Tbh, youll be satisfied eating your money than paying for food in the hotel

I booked a month in advance, got there and they gave me a terrible room because they werent prepared for me, had to threaten to leave before they decided to give me a room up to par. Once I got a room, everything went smoothly after.

Phew! What an experience at a N17,000 (about $46)/night hotel.Poor AC, poor customer interaction by the attendants (most of them - that is), breakfast - which they said would be between 7:30am and 9am - wasnt ready until about 9:17am or thereabouts.Gave us yam with sauce and asked us to eat with knives because their forks had been exhausted - only two sets of people were inside the restaurant at this time.Intercom took like 20mins before connecting to the front desk. Mannnn, the lights went on and off almost more times than the hours spent here. Such a creepy encounter at this supposed Posh Apartment.Practically had to wait before they got things done almost ALL THE TIME, they were NEVER READY!Dont go waste your money there if youre looking for premium services. The hotels that I paid N6k/N7k for were BETTER MANAGED than this. Really sad!

Its a hotel with 2 annex buildings, the hotel is good but have some serious inconvenience, like popper can trip of at anytime and u will have to change ur room.

The room allocated was not as attractive as the one shown to the person who did the booking for me. The room quality isnt okay. The staff reneged on the promise to allow late check out for air travel. I was surcharged for it.

This was my second time using the hotel and it is good! They didnt have space for the hotel I reserved so I had to upgrade which wasnt really okay with me.

Lovely place. Quiet and Serene. Good place if you want a quiet getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. Proximity to airport is great.Staff are courteous, friendly and ready to help.The Room I lodged in quite spacious and bathroom is clean with a balcony.Cable TV wasnt setup properly though as I couldnt hear a thing. Asides that every other thing was fine.

A potentially competitive facility in the budget hospitality industry. The front desk officers are highly enthusiastic, warm and friendly and great ambassadors for the hotel. Catering services are good even if rather on the expensive side for this kind of facility. Kitchen staff are generally prompt in delivering room service. On the not too positive side, the facility owners need to pay attention to details and place good premium on maintenance. The general ambience should be improved upon. I changed rooms three times before I settled for the one I used during my stay. And guess what, the bathroom door had fallen off! The bathroom does not have a mirror! These are minor details that detract from the quality of the facility. Im sure these minor issues can be fixed and you will have an excellent facility in the budget hospitality industry in the heart of Ikeja.

Terrible customer service! And very good at misinformation!!! Was told by customer care that rooms were available, even after calling and confirming, upon arrival the receptionist was looking at me like a fool and was arguing that no one could have told me about availability! After being stranded with two other people I met there, I had to make last minute reservations at another hotel. One of the most embarrassing times of my life!!!

Posh Apartment is a a nice luxury apartment to lodge in Ikeja Lagos. You get to have warm welcome from polite staffs. Rooms are descent and well organized. The dishes served are within normal acceptable range of continental dishes. The room prices are within fairly acceptable limits for the stadard and quality of services offered however, the ligthings need to be improved upon. Overall it is s grets place for relaxation in a very comfortable environment.

Exterior is poor looking, rooms are okay and clean in contrast to the exterior then the staffs are very unprofessional and rude
