Manager Ogunbadenyi was extremely pleasant and accommodating. It’s my first time in ikeja and I was recommended by a friend. I would definitely stay here again. Great food & ambiance.

R & A’s Food is top notch, tastes good and affordable, a nice bar and functioning swimming pool.The rooms are nicely set up, good and comfortable, but not too big. Also the facilities working optimally.Currently running a program there, good customer service with an amazing management. Budget friendly and in the heart of Ikeja. 10-20mins drive to the Airport, depending on the traffic issue.

Was there for a short stay and the staff were very hospitable. The accommodations and the amenities were also pleasing. Shame I couldnt test out their pool but the food was okay.

Nice... needs a little maintenance work on the building and some minor things in the rooms.Also, the interior; the room I stayed was super chocked with furnitures, I almost had a claustrophobic attack lolbut asides that, beautiful place to try out in Ikeja axisWiFi is fairLove how close it is to everything!!!!! The hotel is not well maintained.The lady at the restaurant was very unfriendly. We ordered for breakfast, the next she told me that breakfast time is over and I was sure we came down before 10am .I was just waiting for my sister to finish her conversation and place her own order. Why didnt she tell us that it was its few minutes to close breakfast when we first entered and ordered. I was sitting down and someone came in and ordered but she didnt say breakfast was over.Anyway! My sisters colleagues said they will pay for it.I will not recommend this hotel to anyone except its an emergency!Please train your staff on customer care especially the lady at the restaurantShes not doing anymore a favor, just doing her job.

Good 3 star hotel I believe. This I believe is a budget-friendly facility for those on the mainland. The hustling and bustling in Ikeja could be tiring but relaxing after the days activity in this facility isnt a bad idea. The rooms are nicely set up and facilities working optimally. The staff and management are really doing a good job to keep this facility in good shape!

The rooms are nice but the lack of safety and protocol is a concern. Theres a pool within the premises but no life guard. No protocol pertaining to the pool area. No light in the pool. No safety protocol whatsoever . A young man drowned on the 28-11-20 and no life guard in sight. When the life guard came 3mins later there was no light inside the pool to locate the victim and that was how the victim died. Safety protocols are supposed to save lives not formality.

One thing I love about R AND A is their food. It is not expensive and it is good.We had a meeting there and we enjoyed ourselves.A week after I visited a friend in the same hotel and had the chance to see the room. The rooms are good although not too big but comfortable enough to enjoy your staySince the last meeting we had there, I love to have my programs in the hotel because the customer service makes me plan a meeting by just a call to the manager and all will be in place

Horrible. Management is horrible. Run down facility, lying staff.. Torn bedding set, blocked drains. They lied about fixing their hot water and later served hot water to bath in a dirty mop bucket after 2 hours. The annex on 9 Omotayo Ojo street is not value for money at all. Imagine managing horrible conditions for over 3 days. The manager was unavailable to attend to the mop bucket disaster.

Attended a wedding here. Lovely exterior design, quaint interior with a nice bar. Nice pool area and an underground hall space which is kind of interesting. The rest room was well kept and ventilation adequate. The parking was decent enough and it seems like a secure location.

Its a great place. The reception is my favourite. Its like being in another country so beautiful. Though I spent just a night, I wasnt so impressed about their beddings. Some parts where already torn on the flat sheet. And hot water wasnt running. In the morning, they had little breakfast option and their fruit looked in no way appealing. In all it wasnt a bad stay and their staff are quite welcoming.

It is truly a citys hotel and much more. They really do have a good security and all staff are very friendly. Their restaurant caters to a wide range of menu and they serve big portions that can satisfy any hungry persons. Love their food there and its always hot and fresh.

I am quite impressed with this hotel, it has a lovely architectural design, the rooms are quite big, it has a massive car parking facility. Multiple entrance and professional security on guard also comes with a mobile police man. The environment is clean and well taken care of. There staff are well trained ,n lovely place

I gave them 3 stars because basic things like kettle, water heater were not working in my room. Also, they sometimes forgot to bring floor towels to mop water from the bathroom floor and was so messy. Their annex doesnt have lifts, yet its quite tall so you can imagine the hurdle. Anyway, some of the staff are very polite and are good at their work.
