Spent a night in this hotel and found it better than most of its competitors in terms of price and a few other amenities. I like the fact that the rooms are naturally lighted and ventilated. The moment I realised I can do without the AC I turned it off and enjoyed the quite and serenity of nature. Complimentary breakfast is OK. Gym and swimming pool are small but OK. Staff are very courteous and professional.

If there was 0 STAR, That is what this place deserves. My whole family came from the UK, so if you want a better experience from abroad perhaps, dont attempt to use this place.We booked several rooms plus the penthouse suite for a wedding party.Firstly, the beddings were like they were not washed for 10 years, the shower curtain were so disgusting, i had to speak to someone on ground, and they changed everything. The towels were an Eyesore. I had to air dry myself my fault for not bringing my own.Now, the PENTHOUSE, that was another case.The bathtub, JESUS, was permanently branded with a brown colour, so automatically, cannot even be used for any kind of good time. When the taps were turned on, the water overran and flowed to the room, the rooms were cobweb filled, and truly not just a good place for the price of 70k.Now, the Fun part. Most of the expensive stuffs were stolen, the Bridal girls lost perfumes, as well as the bride. Sad really, because as we all know, staff have access to rooms. So if you definitely need to stay there, lock up your valuables.The Manager is not helpful, did not come once in the amount of times we called for him to speak on the issues we faced.

The first time I was here, it was beautiful! The sheets were white as snow, room very cold and the WiFi perfect. The staff are friendly and professional. My second time around, the sheets werent clean, I didnt get a towel and the shower knob was malfunctioning.

Got the Deluxe room. A little bit dated and it shows in the climate control, the switches, TV wont come on and the door (room 507 to be exact). But they made up for it in courteous and efficient staff, adequate kitchen and cost of accommodation which is very reasonable for the environment.

Its a great hotel. I have experienced it myself. Their staffs are highly professional and the rooms are great. Give it a try and thank me later. Though the wifi needs more improvement.

Always a great time at Citiheights. My fourth stay here and always feel at home. The reception area is so welcoming that you feel comfortably comfortable on arrival. The complimentary breakfast is valued and worthwhile. Have recommended some guests who also said good things about this place. Great place away from home .

In the heart of Ikeja and easy to navigate between the airport and the Ikeja axis of the city. Rooms are quite spacious and comfortable. Courteous staff and great food. I would recommend this both for business and leisure travelers.

The building is superb, the interior is even greater. But maintenance is completely zero!The bathroom sink is clogged and dirty, the towels can pass for rags, saw a pair of jeans in the wardrobe, and smoking is allowed in rooms. Cmon!Maintenance let this hotel down big time

Affordable accommodation. Staff here need an attitude readjustment. Maybe I caught everyone on a bad day but no one seemed to be trying. Food is average at best.

Heaven on earth with nice and amazing rooms, kitchen & Bar, swimming pool and receptionists.it also has amazing features for Photoshop with lift. Is just the best for any honeymoon.

I booked a double room for my wedding anniversary but surprisingly, I was given a penthouse suite to celebrate our anniversary.The cool live music in the restaurant was amazing.I would love to lodge at Citiheight each time am back to my country.You guys are awesome especially your manager and always smiling reception staff.
