Very rude attendants, poor service, the worst here for so much price. Kitchen service takes forever, more than two hours to get your food. Request for your plates to be taken out, it’s left for someone else to take even when an attendant is in your room. These guys don’t care about the way customers feel. To say I had a terrible experience was an understatement. Room service was poor, lodger for two days, room wasn’t cleaned after the first day. Might have a great edifice but all attendants need to be overhauled, especially the restaurant’s.

Constant power supply but there is need for the hotel to buy new towels.

Sugar House Hotel is located in a serene environment. The structure is beautifully designed in a clean compound with spacious parking lot. It has different sizes of rooms, big outdoor bar, conference room and hall for events at affordable prices. The staff are courteous, cultured and cultivated. Its the right place to do home away from home activities. A trial will convince you.

Poor facility.Water was not running in room 209.A.c is not functioning well in room 210.They often switch off the big gen which the A.C and water heater wont work and no fan to compliment.The reservation prices are not worth it.

I wasnt impressed. The air-conditioning in my room was bad and I was told theyd give me a hurricane fan. When we insisted on changing rooms, I was taken to a room with faulty air-conditioning, which I rejected. When I was coming in late last night, I hear a guest complaining of the air-conditioning in his room and also that there was no lighting in his bathroom. The shower stall doors had missing panels, my sisters shower was wonky in that when you opened the tap, it wouldnt run. However when you open the shower, not only the shower but also the tap spits water from every imaginable place (even if the tap is closed). My brothers room had a leaky air-conditioning and water closet, so the room was flooded. Of the 5 rooms we used, only 2 were fully useable. Its unfortunate, because I heard they were very nice hitherto. Also, they need to renovate and quickly too as competition for them has arrived in the area. Their staff need to be trained and should learn professionalism and quit speaking Yoruba to customers. The staff are okay though and would help as far as their authority spans. I commend Mary, she was really helpful and gung-ho with her job

Sugarhouse is a big hotel in Ibadan that need good management to take it to that level it belongs. There was no internet services, no spa and the intercoms will not work at certain time from late night to about after six am . Some of their beds need outright replacement but their power is excellent as their Gen is in good working condition and their room are spacious and standard.

Building structures are new but maintenance culture is not in most Nigerian local hotels. I changed rooms 3 times during my stay here. Bathroom design is smaller here. Heater control are placed under bathroom wash basin thereby reducing space etc.

I have lodged in Sugarhouse Hotel more than 10 times, and had amazing experience and every time I stayed in the hotel, its always impressive reception, the front desk is simply great, the facilities are functional, the staff well groomed and the premises is clean and the disable ramp is under construction....l spoke with the hotel manager and he informed me that all finishings were brought in from the United States of America as well as the orientation.

Sugarhouse Hotel is a nice place and affordable hotel along sango Eleyele road. I can say it is hotel to look out for if you are on budget, this hotel is affordable, there room is spacecius, and comfortable but not too fancy but nice, there staff have good customer relation but not enough parking space

Bad is an understatement! Poor service. I was here between 23rd and 24th of March, 2018. It was waste of money. Nice structure but poor service. The water was not running. We finished eating around 12 midnight and we wanted to pay when we received the shocker of our lives when we were told they dont accept credit cards for meal payment. We have to start looking for ATMs that night.
