The environment of Gulliver is large where one can move around.Light is stable but not constant.We see light everyday, even when NEPA takes light their is a provision for generator immediately. Air conditioning is giving at night till morning which is manageable.

Very old hotel with poor service.Located in a very good environment.The hotel is unkept with little or no maintenance.The workers are very unprofessional with rude attitude.The building needs total overhauling.The environment is not neat.The car park is just okay.The management of the hotel needs to do a complete re-branding and carry on maintenance activities on the hotel.Their services is bad, Their staff are rude. They dont want customers to buy food and drinks outside yet there kitchen opens 10/11 am in the morning. You have to call them before they bring your towel, tissue and other things.The the toilet taps arent working. The owner needs to change or replace the set of people managing the hotel on his or her behave. Theres mosquito too in the room. AC is not working. I came here for a business deal and I have to spend 3 nights here. Im checking out today . This is rubbish.

It honestly isnt, in my opinion, a great hotel.Very spacious compound, but the rooms arent exactly impressive.

- Poor customer service.- You have to ask for everything before it is done even as little as bathing soap- In the room i stayed, there were no indications as to how to turn on water, water heater not functioning even though there was harmattan- Air conditioner not functioning- No burglary net to protect against mosquitoes and insects.- in-room fridge not functional- Kitchen not active as staff had to resume as late as 10am!

They have more of low grade rooms.

Old but refurbished. Some of the plumbings dont work and the acs dont come on till 8:30pm.

The hospitality is uuimaginable

Great hotel with rooms at affordable pricing. Prices start from N4000. Best offer is at N5000 - N5500. There is light and water 24/7. About six cable channels that you can change unlike other hotels fixed to one channel. Nice parking space. I didnt try out the restaurant so i dont know how good the food is. Its a nice place tho to chill away from home

Terrible place to stay. The non functioning air conditioner will not be switched on until 9pm and switched off by 2am. The rooms are begging for new coats of paint. Rats running freely in the room. The hygiene of this place deserves that the place be shut down. Poorly managed place will ill trained staff.

Clean, safe and affordable accomodation in the heart of Ibadan, Oyo State Nigeria.

Its a good value for money. Electricity and water supply constant. Rooms are spacious as well

Polite staff. Reasonably clean. Hate to have to use a bucket and pan to take a bath because the shower doesnt work.

Serene environment

Just a simple feel. No extras. It can be better though, but for the price you really cant complain.

For a deluxe room of 6500, youll get a big bed, wardrobe, working fan, air conditioner, a bathroom without a shower head, a bathtub without a plug, and a water heater that doesnt work sometimes but not to worry, there are better rooms at higher prices, the best part is the highest is 10,000 per night. Dont hesitate to buy food from outside, the cook doesnt come often

Quiet environment. Staff are fair. Management however seems more profit driven than interested in satifying clients. Air conditioning is turned on only over the night. Food from thr kitchen is also below par. Not a bad spot for a brief stopover considering the inexpensive and fairly comfortable roomsI wrote those lines about 4 months ago. Im back at gullivers again which i suppose emphasizes the fact that the place is cheap and manageable for a brief roundabout trip through ibadan. The ish with the ACs has persisted, i didnt get a towel nor toiletaries...the working of d place needs help.

Customer service is great. The rooms were ok.. ACs and hot water come on and off at a particular time (lol) . Walls are thin so noises can come in and go out but generally the rooms are cosy. And affordable too. Very affordable.
