The guest house is a dated country home that renovated but no new furniture were installed.There was alternative power so it was just for lighting and fan. The AC looks older than I am and I dread the functionality when eventually thare is power.The mattress is threadbare and so thin that you can feel the wooden slats underneath. The table is propped up by its former legs.The curtains on the windows are filthy and prolly have not been washed in years.There are ominous blood stains on the wall, Im thinking, bed bugs.I found a very dusty pair of sunglasses behind the fridge, speaks of the thoroughness of the cleaning. The only functional socket in the room was powering the TV so you have to cjose between powering your phone, or anything else or wstching TV. Not much of a choice as the only station clicked from the reception is Africa Magic Yoruba.The only thing going for this place is the quiet.

Joanis Guest House is a lounge and a place you can lodge for few days in the old town of Ibadan. The facilities in the building are not in the best condition but can be managed if you need an affordable inn to stay for a night or two. The guest is secured and has little or noise coming from the surrounding.

Nifty little hotel inside New Bodija. Room was as low as 8k but it wasnt a bad stay. Food wasnt very awesome though.
