Great hotel. Top notch service. There’s a fridge in the room (mine wasn’t working though), water heater in the bathrooms, very clean room, no smell of cigarettes, no noise disturbances.

Good low budget hotel for fun seekers. Several eateries and hangouts around the area. The hotel offers good food also. Close to several places of interest.

I didnt have a good time the last time I lodged here, its was a real disappointment, you could see rodents and mosquitoes everywhere, the bed wasnt sturdy at all, I practically didnt sleep all night.. For such ridiculous price it was a waste of money ... If there is a rating after one star I would sure give you 👎👎

The facility should improve on the cleanliness of the room, cigaret butt, used cups and drinks caps at the underside of the bed[litters] , the water system is bad, had to fetch water running like a month old [baby pee] in bucket to take bath and washings. Staff should not be asking guess unnecessary question to familiarize. [Asking of your accompany person relationship to you in your absence ] .

Labod Hotel is located on Awolowo road in Boudija. Its in a very central location, so visitors are close to places they might want to visit.Ventura Mall and Ace Mall are close by, so you can get a couple things quickly, or just go and hang out.Its right opposite two or three night clubs, which is a plus for people that like to club. The clubs werent a bother either since I had a room that wasnt facing the street.The hotel itself is aesthetically pleasing, and perfect for a weekend getaway. Theres a part of their hallway that looks like an art gallery. Its close to a large window, so its perfect for pictures.Their rooms are quite comfortable, but it could get cold at times, and the AC control in my room wasnt functional.The staff was very friendly and helpful, and their service wasnt bad.I didnt really eat at the hotel but I got a bottle of Star Radler at the bar for #500 and their breakfast of bread and egg with tea was #1700They also have a swimming pool.All in all I stayed only two nights, and I liked my experience

Stayed for a night here during my visit to Ibadan. Generally a nice atmosphere, customer service can be improved though. Package starts from around 9k as at Dec 2019.

Ive not visited the place, I only drove by. Looking from outside, it is a standard at that community which is located at the remote area of Ibadan.

The AC was not cooling well, noisy,could not sleep.The towel and the blanket were old and should be replaced. i asked for indomie,not available,requested for pasta, no spaghetti according to kitchen. not a nice value for money this time.

Neat environs, but as at July 2019, the place is being renovated and the only available rooms are small and smell damp.We couldnt stay. It was a pity because the place is located in a great area with eateries and other social amenities nearby. There is even a Domino Pizza restaurant close by.

Serene environment

Labod Hotel is one of the hotels you would see hygiene in practice if you are the always clean type their staff are cute and are at your service at all times. But for the noise coming from the Club house opposite, its a perfect place to chill

The room i stayed in was neat, newly renovated. Staff polite but backup power service was poor. No generator during the day. Meals were overpriced. Room service charge added to everything ecen water brought to your room

I stayed here for 3 nights. I like the fact that they had single rooms because I didnt want to pay for extra facilities when it was just me. It was okay. I didnt have any encounter with roaches so that was good. Although, dont leave your sweets outside the refrigerator unless you want to host an ant party. They have a pool which I didnt use. My only complain would be the funny, unpleasant smell the hotel had.

The hotel is far from quiet especially on Friday and Saturday nights. This is because there are two lounge across the street. If you need a hotel to stay for a night out in Ibadan I would recommend this place because of its proximity to bars, lounge restaurant and Ventura mall

The environment is good for night life, but the hotel and power management is the issue.

Labod hotel is unarguably a hotel with the worse receptionists in Ibadan. The staff are insolent, rude, insulting and crafty. I just checked in tonight for a 5 day visit to the city but i have to leave the following day to another hotel becos I havent been in a hotel with staff as rude as Labod hotel. I wont even advise my enemy to lodge in this place.

Labod Hotel has a good scenery with affordable rooms with a fitted bar to hang out........

Lovely structure and ambience. Helpful staff. Swimming pool area is very cosy. The hotel can be very noisy due to the lounge across the road but I suppose night crawlers will appreciate the proximity. Work needs to be done on the room bathrooms. Cleanliness is not at its peak. Towels need to be changed. Have turned dirty brown instead of white. Restaurant and bar are well stocked but pricey. Wi-Fi is installed but not working on both times I stayed here. Overall its okay but needs more work.

The service was okay, the food was good. But, you guys need to work on the odour oozing out of the rooms... I complained about it and nothing was done...

A very lovely place to be

Very friendly and courteous staff, affordable. Although there is a club directly opposite the rooms are properly sound proofed and you dont get disturbed by the noise from there. They have a hot and cold shower with a bath tub. The room service is very satisfactory and complaints are promptly addressed.

Five star for the photoshop skills on hotels published pictures.Hip hop party place across from hotel attracts the kind of crowd you dont want to be rooming with. Rough crowd - think pants bottoms dropping semi-teenagers. Also, expect mosquitoes. Lots of it. Expect power loss. Hotel policy is to use back up (generator) only in the evening. I think it was 5pm - 10am. Thin sheets on bed. Very thin. Dont expect the room to cool down past 80 or so degrees even with the AC and all the inside facing windows in the hotel do not have netting nor wires.

Standards have dropped sharply since the last time I stayed here about 1 year ago. AC units are noisy. Wifi does not work except at the reception. Towels are more brown than white... i wont stay here again.

Dont get fooled by the picture of the outside. Okay staff but terrible facility. The towels look like rags and they only give you one a night. The bedspread had holes in it. The rooms have mosquitoes and the bathrooms are horrendous. Never again!
