A very neat hotel located within the serene old Bodija in Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria.The staffs are warm and accommodating, the meals are good, deliciously made and courteously served.Overall, I had a good time at the facility.

I was surprised to hear that this hotel is at least 40 years old. Its obviously well maintained considering all the challenges that businesses have had to endure in recent times. Despite obvious challenges posed by poor power supply by whatever disco is responsible, they did well to ensure steady supply. The food wasnt bad as well. The staff were friendly and homely and the environs pretty clean.

Davies Hotel located at 7/8 Adeyi Street, off Awolowo Road, Old Bodija Ibadan, Oyo State. It was built since 1974 by Chief and Mrs Abiodun Ogundele.It is beautifully adorned with great creative art works. The staff are courteous and the facility has very nice comfortable and neat rooms.The meals from the kitchen are quite tasty and great. They have great halls for seminars and trainings. They also have art works that are placed for sale.The place is greatly maintained and neat.

In my opinion ( which is very deep), the restaurant menu is top notch although if youve got a high appetite you might have to call ahead for reservation. The concierge is respectful and I enjoyed me stays there. The clientille is awesome. Its a classic and quiet place to chill for the weekend.

Davies is located in a serene part of Ibadan. Although it is located close to the bustling city centre, it is located in a quiet estate.Right in front, visitors are required to wash their hands and have them sanitised.As guests walk in, they are absolved by the artworks hanging in strategic places in the reception. These works are representative of the rich Yoruba culture.The restaurant has two sections. The other is more exclusive and comfortable.Davies has great halls for meetings, and a beautiful landscape to make for a relaxing evening stroll.

Good place, located in a serene environment, value for money.The customer service is not bad too.Mtn network is however not so good there so you might want to consider having a back up if you plan using the Internet while there.Also, the bar doesnt become open to the public/lodgers till 4 pm thereabout, so you might need to order for room service if you need anything from the bar before then.The hallway Aesthetics is good, theres ample parking space within the compound.

The experience at Davis Hotel was topnotch. The environment was serene and I really enjoyed their food especially the Chicken.
