First hotel Ive ever slept in that hides remote controls of air-conditioning from guests...your room temperature is set at a fixed temperature no matter what your complaints are...the toilets are stained and not properly cleaned especially behind it...towels arent clean either ..room service takes forever and they dont even have a menu in rooms....an extremely unpleasant experience...not that the owners care though...

Absolutely cool place, no noise, soft music, super chilled drinks and nice environment. For a proper date, romantic dinner, solo hangout, I strongly recommended. Youll love it.

SDM Tavern is a lovely place to stay. Although a bit on the high side, but I enjoyed every bit of my stay. Stayed in both Standard and Exexutive for 6 nights.It is situated in a cool and secured part of Ibadan in Agodi, GRA with a restaurant and a lovely bar.Although there is supposed to be 24hrs WiFi but it doesnt seem to work effectively, if you are fan of public WiFi anyway.The rooms are fully equipped with exquisite modern touch, working air conditioning and a private bathroom, with everything working, at least during my stay. Rooms are cleaned daily with towels and accessories replaced.There is a continental breakfast available each morning at the accommodation, but not a buffet, and it is virtually 2 varieties every time (Yam or Bread with egg).The environment is very cool. Staff are friendly, although those at the restaurant can do better. Although they make the effort, but the receptionists should also try better to cultivate a smiling habit all the time. It sends a welcoming signal.All in all, I absolutely enjoyed my stay here and couldnt lay hands on anything negative.

Good experience all round. Staff are courteous and friendly. Clean room, food was decent.The mattress was not comfortable, was too hard. But the management was ready to change the mattress to a softer one.I recommend this hotel.

If youre within total gardens for an event and you need a low-key yet splendid place to rest, heres your place... Reception was super cozy, appliances are top-notch, the only downside for me was the generators positioned really close to the access door...

This hotel has very poor customer care. I was appalled at the managers behaviour in my short stay there. I wouldnt advice anyone who loves value for money to stay there. Its strictly money making without regards to the quality delivered to the customer.

The room isnt bad but their customer service is zero. They forced me to pay for a meal I didnt order even though I clearly ordered something else. Imagine an hotel arguing with you that “assorted meats” MUST have beef of which 90% of the meal was even beef to begin with. Their telephone didnt work at some point and they refused to clean the room after we went out. I am not going back to that place for sure....

The staff at the front desk are very friendly. The place looks very nice. But it is only decorations.The walls are thin. You cant open your curtains in any room. There are no views or privacy. Whether everything works in your room is questionable. The WiFi never did.One room the air conditioning just kept getting warmer. Another room the shower worked but it would not shut off and the water ran all night. The third room was next to the kitchen. Did I say next to? I may have just as well been in the kitchen. I could hear every sound of everything that went on; and the kitchen is open 24 hours a day.There were people pounding on doors and yelling until 1 in the morning. When someone traveling with me complained; they were told those people were private parties. They could not tell them to be quiet.The restaurant took a real long time to make anything to eat. One of us tried to order the rice and beans on the menu. They said it would be 2 hours for the beans! My omelette in the morning took an hour. The food was just okay at best.For the money, look elsewhere. This okay if it is what you have to do.
