Did not enjoy my stay. Has a nasty odour from the reception to my room that I could not bear again. Light is not constant too except when they put on the generator early in the morning and late at night, so if theres no light in the area, then no light in the hotel.They are after their money before customers satisfaction.

Nice place to unwind, easy accessibility on a paved road but the electricity issue needs to be resolved,all in all good experience.

The hotel is neat, safe and affordable for a budget. Need to improve on the electricity supply. I did not ENJOY the A/Cvery nice hotel

This is a budget hotel for anyone in search of a very affordable accommodation.The hotel is located in Idi Ape, a laid back area of Ibadan, far from the rustic city centre and the bubbly commercial areas.The hotel is pretty basic with the rooms having just the basic requirements for a night rest. Yes to Air-conditioning, Yes to TV, Yes to good toilet space and fittings, Yes to security Yes to an easy couch and Yes to reading table.The hotel alternates between generating sets that leaves guest without the AC during the early evenings and the parking space will accommodate only 8cars or so.Customer service is fair and staff are obviously untrained.

A pocket friendly hotel with decent facilities. Services are equally decent. You may have to contend with not using air conditioner during the day if there is no public power supply. However, power supply is augmented with generators but the big one that powers air conditioner is switched on only at nights.

Poor service by the manager and the receptionist. They only care about the money they want to collect and careless about the customer satisfaction

Room is neat and clean. Food is delicious especially the pepper soup. Overall not bad

The bathrooms are so big and comfortable, had hot water to bath in the morning , they have specific times they put on the big generator , so you can’t use the AC until they put on the big gen , but there is a fan you can use during that period
