Highly recommended.The check in process was swift. The room space is adequateMy sleep was great, as bed was very comfy.It would have been a 5-star rating but they need to work on timely delivery of food.I ordered dinner and it took about 1.5 hours for a simple meal.Overall, I enjoyed the stay and the staffs are very professional too.

I wonder why you guys will charge N500 for room service. Thats terrible. You also need to make your breakfast more flexible.Apart from these, its a pretty tidy hotel. Small but convenient.

This hotel is a hidden gem! Its located in the serene neighborhood of Bodija. And although its a relatively small hotel, the space immediately felt like home.Although the structures are very likely to be several decades old, there was something about how well maintained the entire place was. Would 100% recommend and visit again.

Was looking for a good and affordable hotel in Ibadan, saw some positive reviews about this place and gave them a chance. I was pleasantly surprised. As at Jan 29, 2021, this place is still one of the best hotels you can find in Ibadan.- Constant electricity- Fast internet- Courteous and helpful staff- Everything in the room works!The only mini-negative which they can improve on is the fact that you cant charge extra services like laundry or room service to your room. You have to pay for them almost immediately, so if you dont have some cash, that might be a problem. If this can be adjusted, great.But for the experience itself, absolutely pleasant. I will tell my friends about this place and hope the management can keep up the quality and standard.P.S. this is my first hotel review on Google and thats because a positive review about this place gave me the nudge to try them out. And now Im passing it forward.

For me visiting Adis hotel/restaurant is always a different feel. I visited Adis for dinner with a friend. We ordered fries and shawarma, I was a bit hesitant to order because I had a bad experience with shawarma earlier at a popular place* withholds name*, but I was pleasantly surprised with how great it tasted.The atmosphere is serene and lovely with a beautiful arrangement of flowers which is great for taking pictures.The location is really coded and private which is great if you are a lowkey person😉.Their service is top notch and I enjoyed my time there, I will definitely go back again soon.

Im always skeptical booking hotels online as pictures could be deceptive. Often times, what you see is usually not what you find on ground.The reviews for Adis Hotel swayed me.I filled an online enquiry form and I got a call back almost immediately. That did it for me.Getting there, I was a pleasantly surprised and impressed.Oh my goodness, everything from the staff, the services, reception and the rooms were excellent and top notch. Functional, neat with Good customer service.

This has to be the best hotel in Ibadan, it might be a little bit pricey but I promise you would get absolute value for your money. They gave me the best shawarma I have ever tasted!, you get free breakfast, free WiFi, but their catfish pepper soup was not too good, it was with little pepper, it was cooked whole and it wasn’t done on the inside, I will always patronize them whenever I’m in Ibadan regardless.

This is my second time staying at Adis hotel, after my first time 4 years ago. I was very impressed that the quality had gone up and not down. This attests to the fact that your comfort and peace of mind is top of mind for the manager of the hotel. As before, I had no complaints whatsoever, the room was very comfortable and the hotel staff were very helpful and polite. The food was good and power was very stable. Moreover, the manager of the hotel took his time to meet with guests to find out how their stay was going. This is true hospitality. It goes without saying that I would choose Adis hotel again. It is home away from home.

The environment is serene with good security. The WiFi is great and the power supply is 24/7 with a standby gen, they also have good TV stations. The food is okay and the staff are good too. I recommend this hotel.

Firstly I must say the customer service is the best I’ve ever had in Ibadan so far. Amazing and friendly staff I must commend. The ambiance is also very welcoming and of top standard. I would recommend Adis to everyone and I look forward to yet another experience.

Adis is located in a serene environment with good security. Their rooms and suites are affordable and they have good customer service. They have spacious rooms, and nice setting for the suite. Their bathrooms are well spaced too. They also have room compliments. Great hotel services, such as laundry and they have a buffet package. Their food menu is quite healthy and full of variety. Few improvements should be made regardless. It is a nice and lowkey hotel.

We stayed 2 nights in this hotel and we throughly enjoyed it.It is a lovely hotel with absolutely lovely staff who made us feel very welcome.We loved the food and the place was very clean and comfortable.Toiletries were provided as well as a multiple of soft towels.The beds are comfortable but could do with being a little firmer, I did however sleep really well.I will definitely stay again👍🏽👍🏽

This is definitely my hotel of choice in Ibadan... Very quiet environment, great service all round... Only negative is that Id prefer they use window curtains rather than blinds in the room I stayed in... Asides that... Id definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning to get a hotel in Ibadan

Lovely and serene environment

The Air con in the room I stayed wasnt cooling. I guess it was because it was the LG inverter type. I think the hotel was aware of this so there is a fan in the room. Theres a angle plug point by the bedside so you will need an adaptor. The food is nice thou and the shower runs well. The hotel is in a closely knitted residential area. Not good for me thou!

As a person based in the US, I always look for clean, comfortable hotels that are well maintenanced up by the owner. I was surprised to find such a gem hidden in the area. It is very very clean, the property is attended to well, and the staff clean rooms thoroughly. They even iron the wrinkles out of the bed sheets after they make the bed! It was a pristine environment, The kitchen consistently served great food as well. The staff were extremely polite and respectful and helpful. They gave me receipts for everything which is I really liked. The owner comes around often to check on things too. I found that they have a washing machine and dryer and will wash your clothes for you. The bathrooms are very very clean and the showers are nice and roomy. The light is 24hrs too. Its a small but beautiful hotel, the staff members are very warm. In my opinion, it is overpriced.Major Problem: The main gate to the hotel gets locked by 7:00pm and youll have to go through a very dark road to get back to the hotel if you get locked out.The place is OK but Ill advise that the foot gate be left open & a gateman should man it, this is a way to keep the guest safe from any harm when they come back late in the night.

Many hotels do brag of a home away from home experience but they do not practice it in reality. However, Adis Hotel does that!Indeed, there’s no place like home with Adis and youll definitely love their assortment of meals.

I could easily say one of the best hotels in Ibadan, located in a quiet and secure neighborhood.Clean and well maintained. The staff are receptive and go out of their way to make the guests comfortable. Their menu has variety from local delicacies to intercontinental dishes. Their steaks though could be more juicier and tender.One is assured of regular power supply during their stay.And remember if paying with a foreign card, there is a surcharge of 3% of the total bill.

Food was just okay, nothing too spectacular. I didnt really like the shrimps because they werent well done and the food took forever to arrive.Music was too loud, but it had a really nice ambience though.

Weve had a great stay at Adis Hotel. The food takes a while but is cooked from scratch. You can choose from continental, Nigerian and Indian food.The rooms are very clean (and I mean very clean!). The interior design is functional and mattress and pillows perfect.Very relaxing and peaceful.

Simple and nice

Neat and comfortable room, polite staff. We had a generally peaceful stay.However, the advertisement of bed and breakfast needs to be more transparent. We booked for 2 adults and a child to stay in a room, only to be told on ordering breakfast that only one person was covered and we needed to pay for the rest.

Great place. Nice serene environment. Warm staff. Stayed there for about 3 weeks. Didnt expect such excellent services but was really tripped. The food is excellent. Initially on entering there you may not expect much, but I assure you, you will get a good return on investment. Thanks Wale, Victor, Obinna and everyone that ensured I had a great time. Very good service

I stayed at Adis hotel back in October for about three weeks. Wale the owner was very hospitable and his staff were very professional. The hotels common areas were clean, the bathroom and room were clean, the wifi and power worked about 95% of the time and the kitchen had the items on the menu ready to be served. This hotel is one of the true gems in Ibadan. You can definitely tell Wale invests back into his business. This is coming from a Nigerian living in the US that has high standards when it comes to hotels. I will definite stay here when I come back again and I recommend you do as well!

Beautiful and quiet. Has a good meeting room with projector for meetings. The food is immaculate and the service is great. The hotel shows efficiency and the price is right. Had a little difficulty getting to the address but once I did, the experience well compensated for the troubles.

Stayed at Adis last week while visiting in Ibadan and was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service. Everything in the hotel works, clean rooms, great functioning AC/ shower/toilet (these things matter). Great customer service and the food we ordered for breakfast was great! Highly recommended.

Awesome place.I was welcomed by a pleasant gentleman named Wale.The environment and rooms are super neat. Everything works. The bathroom is pleasantly clean. The room is large and the bed is comfortable.The service is also international standard. The staff are helpful and friendly.I will definitely stay here again and happy to recommend.
