A medium sized hotel in Bodija. Friendly laid back staff. Eager to please. Stable power cold drinks. Nice decent rooms

My stay without the rude receptionist would have been good. The receptionist was ill mannered. I have never met such irresponsible human as a receptionist. Such class of people will bring down ‘His Grace’ hotel, I’ll never recommend such place for even my enemies. Peace.

The hotel isnt bad. Lovely rooms at an affordable price. Their foods are just quite costly and youll have to go to the reception a lot as their intercoms isnt functional.

Located just by the Aare junction along Bodija road. Occupies two compounds directly opposite each other at both sides of the road.Good packing space, respectful and customer friendly Receptionists ( Annex wing).It wasnt a good one for me as I had to visit a Supermarket to get my own Air freshener due to the odour of the room I stayed.The toilet needs proper cleaning and also small Tvs have no business in big rooms.Faulty key lock and door handle.

Poorly maintained. Naked water heater wire in the shower.Shower doesnt work. Bucket with a plastic was provided. Poorly lit room.I would have given a one star but because I believe there are worse places out there I gave a two star.

Terrible experience Im currently in the hotel and its 1:30am keeping guard of a rat jumping around went to ask a staffs help he came to scatter the bed expecting the rat to majestically come out to meet him, he left me to watch over a rat asked for a change of room theyre telling me no deluxe so I should share a room with a flying rat. This is what looking for comfort looks like, waste of 12k. Telephone isnt even working dusty and dirty.

Nice place, courteous staff. All amenities are okay . But the room lighting is poor. And for some unknown reason, there is poor network but for data and calls

Block 2 of the hotel is okay, but block 1 rooms needs proper sanitations, though the sanitary wares are quite old, the rooms were not clean enough..

Stayed 4 nights here and it was really amazing, the rooms, power supply, complementary breakfast and staffs are cool. Liked everything, if youre going to Ibadan and need a cool, convenient place to stay check them out

Deserves no rating. I was so disappointed I got there 10pm but still left for another hotel at 11pmManagement is lacking. Nothing works. Was asked to transfer payment into staff private account because POS was said not to be working. But I got my money back before I left

Here I found comfort in Ibadan, clean room, conditioning was apt, complimentary breakfast was tasty. Good location.

This place is a huge disappointment. If for any reason a client has an emergency, using the intercom to get help is totally useless.It took the kitchen almost thirty minutes before they picked up. One of the waiters also didnt bring my balance, thats stealing.Secondly, the laundry room did not answer their phone.I had to call the front desk to send the laundry officer over. Even after telling the young man that I needed my clothes before 6am because I had a flight to catch, he brought it by almost 7am.The nonchalant and poor customer service will ruin your day. Especially if you have come to take a break from all the stress.There are hotels in Lagos. I came to Ibadan to refresh, and this is what I get?Highly disappointing.Your staff need orientation.Thank you.

Th smell of smoke everywhere even inside your room, to towel in the bathroom. The receptionists were very professional

Clean environment; food too expensive.The hotel needs to work on their waste system. Theres so much smell coming out through the floor drains. Same experience I had last time I used this hotel in 2017. The solution is quite cheap though.

Affordable services

Wonderful!!! The service was great and the price is not as outrageous as I saw online. There #9,000.. #12,000... #15,000.... #20,000.... #30,000... The price is really reasonable for the service and theres a complimentary breakfast too. Will definitely recommend here😁

Well located , service staff are fairly ok. But the rooms are too dark, the furniture is old and worn out. The bar at the back is a fair place to sit out for entertainment. The whole premises needs renovation and much more lighting. The Air-conditioner in my room was ineffective.

I was here to check out the apace for a friend.The hotel space could be better. The staff was courteous. The hotel reception appeared clean. I love the books I saw displayed.I loved that I could find a number to call well before I went to the hotel.

Cool place

I had a meal from their restaurant during a training and I enjoyed the meal. The space we used for our training was also conducive.

The hotel was a really nice place to stay. Power was constant, Room Service was timely and staffs were organized and courteous.The only issues I had was with phone reception. They were also aware of this and said to be putting measures in place to resolve it.

It is a quiet budget hotel in Bodija Ibadan. The staff are helpful and courteous. What I liked most about the hotel is its quiet environment and ease of accessibility.

The hotel has all facilities needed though they might have a little repair for their bathroom and some rooms electrical appliances. Other than that, theyre excellent.

HGH is in a serene environment. Very close to so many big stores where you can get quality items at affordable prices. The rooms are very big and well arranged with beautiful colour separation. There are beautiful and courteous staff in attendance anywhere you turn to for service or information. Patronize them today as a triangle will surely convince you.

His Grace Hotel is awesome.... I do enjoy my stay whenever Im here...... The hotel is so good. I dont know what to use to compare it talking about their facilities.... They are trying... 24/7 electricity, internet, good customer service and a lot more.

The hotel is in a serene environment but accessible to the main road.The rooms are spacious,well aerated and kept clean.Power supply is guaranteed.complimentary break fast is also served.The toilet is clean and guests will love to patronize again.

There were cigarettes stubs in the rooms, d kitchen wasnt forthcoming with my change (balance) after paying them for drinks. I was able to get snacks from a nearby superstore which was fully stocked with edible items such as bread, biscuits, sardine etc

One of the biggest hotel in Ibadan.Once you get to Aare Bodija, you are welcomed by the white and blue colors of His Grace Hotel .The hotel is big and it is on the right and left side of Aare .Security checks starts from the street gate and this gives the hotel an edge unlike some hotels that the streets are busy and every Tom Dick and Harry are allowed in.

Hotel is accessible and in a good location with a good number of supermarkets and eateries within walking distance. The location is a fairly secure part of town. Room and bathroom clean with some basic toiletries. Regular power and water supply. The air conditioning was good so too the other room facilities. Complimentary breakfast was a surprise but there was not much variety and the food is okay. Got a bottle of complimentary water on my first day but none since then. The wifi wasnt working which was a minus. There are a good variety of tv channels. The staff are courteous and services are prompt. I have no reasons not to want to stay there again. Great place and I enjoyed my stay.
